I need to say that this was the most professional and pleasant experience. One of my tenant brought back bed bugs into the one room rental. I called this company and freaking out thinking I would need to pay thousand and thousand of dollars to get ride of it. Mr Zafar was so patient to FaceTime me and go through the prep procedure prior to the treatment next day. They also work on the holiday which was a big bonus to get the treatment in on time. He then followed up after two weeks and it has been three weeks now and the room is bed bug free. on top of that, I paid littlest money compare to other companies quote. highly recommend this company.

We called ASM yesterday looking for help, and today Zafar came to our house. He was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond what we expected. He stayed a little longer than he had to and did an interior check of our house which was more than we paid for. On top of that he's a super nice guy. I would recommend ASM to anyone.

The company came on time they were very professional. They were very helpful and Im very pleased with their performance. I actually gave a tip which I dont really do very often, so use this company if you have problems with cockroaches or any other products that they have that will help I guarantee it will work.

ASM Pest control are very professional & I would highly recommend them to anyone! We hired them for a wasp issue on the exterior of our strata building and they were available the same day. They took care of the issue and even came back to service us the following day for another nest found! They went out of their way to help us on a holiday and I greatly appreciate them:)

Zafar from ASM Pest Control was awesome to work with! He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, gave me a detailed explanation and walked me through all the steps of the service, and then followed up with me a week after to see how things were going. It was a good experience overall.

ASM was very helpful in identifying the source and resolving our persistent issue with brown moths in our home. He even came back a second time to make sure the issue was resolved. Zafar was excellent in communicating with us and following up to make sure we were satisfied with his work. Highly recommend!
