Merivale Windows & Doors

I received a phone call from Merival Windows and Doors quite a few months ago, maybe even a year ago. At that time, I was not ready to purchase new windows and a new patio door but we agreed that she would call me back at a later date and she did. Best phone call I ever had. I met with a representative from Merival Windows and Doors at my house for a quote on new windows and patio door. He was extremely kind, helpful and very knowlegeable about the Canada Greener Homes Grant and Loan Programs. In addition, the installation of the new windows and doors went very well and the installers were punctual, efficient and clean. Excellent job all around.

From the initial phone call to the final installation, Merivale Windows and Doors were amazing. The office staff in particular were personable, knowledgeable, efficient and quick to respond to all my questions. Shout out to Mary and the rest of the crew I dealt with. The installers worked hard, quietly going about their business and did a wonderful job cleaning up. Finally and most importantly, the windows look wonderful!

This is my second purchase from Merivale Windows and Doors in less than 7 months. My initial purchase was exterior doors and this purchase was replacement windows. Regardless of the product, Merivale Windows and Doors provided next level installation. The installation team was professional, thorough, incredibly clean and articulate. I have had a great experience with Merivale Windows and Doors. The office staff has been helpful and pleasant. The salesman was outstanding The two installers that did the installation were so pleasant and willing to explain anything I asked about. It was pleasant having them here and recommend them to anyone. If I do more next year I will be asking for them.

We had a new door installed, and we're totally happy with it! We get compliments on it all the time, and the other day, the pizza guy even said what a great door it is! The installation was fast and the workers were friendly and unobtrusive. Excellent service!

We had an energy audit performed last fall and 3 windows were identified as needing replacement. One of these was a large bay window that we had put off because we thought it to be too expensive.
