We had some reno's done but didnt do our floors due to our budget. So we looked into cleaning and came accross Kaayla at Axia Grout Care. The tiles had not been preffsionally cleaned in 17 years. Some areas were quite stained on the grout. I was amazed after Kaayla was finished. It was so much brighter and even the most soiled grout looked new. The other thing was Kaayla is so easy to work with. From her initial call, to emails, to a guaranteed appointment, it was so easy. Literally follow her instructions and it was simple. I would definetly recommend her services to anyone that wants their floors to be cleaned professionally.

Our basement shower enclosure desperately needed a deep cleaning and refreshing. The floor needed a deep grout cleaning. Upstairs, the bathroom needed tub, sink and vanity re-caulking. Kaayla was exceptionally professional, from start to finish. We knew exactly what would be done and the exact timing and cost for the job. Kaayla worked diligently and was very easy to talk to. She willingly explained everything that we made inquiries about, as well as what the jobs entailed. We are so pleased with the final result and are especially happy knowing that any mold and mildew has been thoroughly eliminated. We would recommend her without reservation.

We contacted Kaayla to come back to remove mould in our master shower after her initial deep clean two years ago. She had done an excellent job back then because she was very through in her cleaning and was forthright with costs and timing of the job. When she returned for our second cleaning, she did an immediate assessment of our shower and told us the work would be less than what was quoted on line because only the edges of our shower floor needed deep cleaning and recaulking. She advised that the walls and ceiling could be cleaned by ourselves. This led to a material saving and showed us once again she is an honest small business owner committed to customer value and service. We plan to have Kaayla come in every two years to help us with maintenance and we highly recommend her business!

Kaayla went above and beyond my expectations. She arrived promptly, was very professional in her approach and demeanor right down to wearing cloth booties and using clean tarps for her working materials to rest on. She deep cleaned and removed old grout and re-grouted and brought our 20 years old shower stall back to life. I could not imagine this work could take 10 hours but that is how detail oriented and thorough a job she did. Even though it took longer than anticipated, kaayla respected the original quote. I higher reccomeend her company and her work.
