S&S Cleaning

I have been using S&S Cleaning for a number of years now. They are thorough, trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommend them!

Cleaners did a pretty good job with the house cleaning (although at one point they tried to look through our cabinet for cleaning products, even though we paid extra for them to use theirs, which irked us a bit), but our interaction with management (Sophie) was not good and ruined the experience. The cleaners came 2.5 hours later then originally planned, which was not acceptable. Sophie knew we had two young babies (twins) beforehand and so we are tied to a very specific schedule. This threw off our kids whole routine and we had to accomadate for all that (the cleaners were supposed to come for 3 and finish by 5:30, instead they came at around 5:30 and finished at 8:30 -our kids go to sleep latest at 7). The excuse for being late was traffic, yet Sophie told us later on the previous client was very far away, and so there was a lack of good planing/coordination as she should have accounted for traffic or not scheduled us for that time knowing there was such a distance between clients. And even if that was the case we would have preferred to have just rescheduled. Then on top of that, we were told cleaning would take 2.5 hours beforehand. In the end, when we asked the cleaners how long they were here for, she said Sophie told them the cleaning is 3 hours and so in the ended she demanded we pay for that much. We found that was not fair and instead we expected if anything Sophie would offer a discount for us because of the cleaners coming so late and inconveniencing us. She would not do this when we asked her. Very poor customer service and would not recommend going with this cleaning service.

I have been extremely busy with a new job and my place just got out of my reach to keep it clean, to the point where I was getting overwhelmed whenever I would make any attempt to clean it.
S&S showed up and I left for the office and I came back to a spotless house, organized and smelling nice!! Thank You Thank You!!!! This is best few hundered dollars I have spent to get some peace of mind and clarity knowing my place is clean!

I had my house cleaned today by s&s cleaning and they did a Great job I was very satisfied.
I would hire them again.

Needed a thorough deep clean of my new home before moving in and of all the cleaners I spoke with Sophie was by far the most responsive and friendly. She was able to provide a quote very quickly, followed up on everything, and kept me in the loop about the cleaners arrival and progress through out. (Eg. There was a delay in start time due to the weather, but Sophie let me know in advance so there was no issue.)

The cleaners did a fantastic job, they were able to complete a 1200 sqft unit in about 4 hours , and did a very thorough job the appliances look brand new, the inside of the cupboards and exhaust are grease free, all dust and dirt on the windows and baseboards is non existent.

Would highly recommend their services!

I have used S&S for monthly cleaning of my townhome for 6+ months. They are very easy to communicate with and I am easily able to setup appointments for times that are convenient for me. They also show up on time and do a great job of cleaning my place. I would highly recommend them for regular cleaning of a home.

Sophie was was very caring. Great communication, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Staff was prompt, friendly and did a thorough cleaning within the allotted time.

After doing some research, I found this company. From the beginning they were pleasant, professional and helpful. The cleaning lady that arrived was on time, kind, energetic and knowledgeable. We went over what needed to be done, and I left for work. She did a fantastic job. The owner/ administration sent me a bill for prior agreed amount and that was paid in a easiest method. The staff are all bonded and supervised (which not all companies do that). Thank you again!

I had an excellent experience using S&S Cleanings services recently. My cleaner, Mzia was tasked with a Deep clean of four rooms and a long hallway. In addition to the cleaning of surfaces and the stove, I specifically asked for the extensive molding in my Pre-War, 10-foot high apartment to be dusted, as well as the edges along the walls of our wall-to-wall carpeting to be vacuumed. All the rooms have irregular shapes because of the molding, so it's quite challenging to clean. After 4 hours, Mzia went above and beyond to clean, dust, vacuum, and shine, while being considerate and personable. Although not inexpensive, I would definitely consider using them again... It's certainly worth it!

S&S Cleanings did an incredible job and we would 100% recommend them. It was very easy to book an appointment and select additional services (we chose the standard clean plus a deep clean of the bathroom, baseboards and the oven) and everything was immaculate when we came home. very professional and extremely polite and ensured that we were happy with their service prior to leaving. They cleaned every possible nook and cranny and definitely went above and beyond. The price is worth the service that you get and they did so in a timely manner. It is nice to have services, such as making the bed, included in the standard package. We will definitely be using S&S Cleanings in the near future
