Moose Basements was very receptive to our design ideas and responsive to our change requests. They corrected the inevitable issues as they arose and made us feel a part of the process at every step. We are thrilled with the final look and function of our new basement. We strongly recommend Moose Basements to anyone wanting value for your money.

My partner and I purchased our first property, a condo, downtown. It was original to ‘86 inside so needed a full gut job, new bathrooms, kitchen, floors lighting etc.

We spent a few months getting quotes from different companies and ultimately settled for Moose, though they weren’t the cheapest (they weren’t the most expensive either) but they made us feel attended to and important.

We met with Steve and Daniel during the pricing phase. Great sales guys who really know their stuff and made the process easy. They were prompt and detailed with the estimate, and had the patience to price, reprice, meet and talk a lot with us for 6 months before we chose them.

We then met Yuri the layout guy who was also super nice and very accommodating. Then the interior designer, Kristin was a godsend!

I really want to thank our project manager Alex- who i later found out is a co-owner, and Mark (the other owner) for responding promptly and professionally to questions and concerns. The crews were also polite, on time, worked tirelessly and the quality of the work was great.

We’re honestly thrilled at the result! They finished ahead of time and on budget. We expected A good job but this was terrific!

Their name says Basements, but everything they touched was perfect. The kitchen is beautiful, the bathroom is great, the main areas are so comfortable and nice now.

The guys did an excellent job, no doubt! The quality of the work, the attitude of the workers (which was very important to us), and the post-work response have been excellent. Mark, Alex and their crews were excellent. These guys were very focused on the satisfaction of customer service, which we really felt was unique! Their price was very reasonable compared to the other quotation. They were flexible in minor design changes. They took the stuff out of the basement and put it back in the basement after the work. They completed the work within the due time, which was extremely important for us. They did some other works around the house for which they did not even charge us, we highly appreciate it! Even after they completed the work, they regularly followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the work. Most importantly, they always respond to the call. I have already recommended their service to a lot of my friends and will recommend in the future. I wish them all the best for the future!

Moose Basements team was on time with our estimate and provided the full detail spreadsheet right the next day.
After getting couple comparesent quotes we desided to go with Moose, and I have to say that was the righ desigion.
After reviewing 3 design options and layout we choosed the one working best for us.
And finally 5 weeks after our basement finished and we love it allot!

Moose basements did a great job finishing our (my) basement. Now I can have a good night sleep when the significant other is mad at me. It is cozy in this mancave. And the surround LED lighting has a nice calming effect. I hope this review will find its purpose as I definitely recommend moose basements for those interested in renovating.
