Being a first time buyer, I was impressed with how carefully the inspector took me through each stage of the inspection and he clearly explained everything I needed to know about the home. He was knowledgeable and courteous as we went through the house from top to bottom, which really took a lot of the stress out of buying a new home. It was a thorough and professional inspection and I received detailed reports about the home, the appliances, and the area. The inspector was available to answer questions weeks after the initial inspection and gave recommendations for what needed to be upgraded in the home. I would definitely recommend this service.
