We have just finished 28 months of rebuild due to extensive water damage suffered in our home June 2015. We have had many contractors in our house who do not care about their quality of work and in most cases, left a mess for yet another contractor to come repair. Our experience with Simon was significantly different.
Simon is totally professional and works with the high standards we expect. He was extremely careful to not damage any of the window casings during the change-over. We have noticed a significant difference in the heat that comes through the windows and are confident this will lessen the frost on the windows during the winter months.

Work scope included replacement of a fixed second story double glazed window pane approx 3ft x 5ft as well as repair/adjustment of two casement window assemblies that didn't operate properly. Simon was very responsive throughout the process. He provided a detailed estimate to start, then completed the work on time and on budget.

Simon did excellent job re-caulking our windows. Matched the caulking colour well to our stucco and did a neat job.
He charged me exactly what was quoted.
He did such great job I had him do more windows.
So far they have no more leaks!
As well the one window he defogged is clear now and looks a lot better!

Excellent work. Punctual and polite. It is nice to have had our 20 years old windows defogged, repaired and caulked to make them last longer

They arrived on time for the job and were quick and efficient. Cleaned up any mess they may have made (which was minimal). Even cleaned the windows beside the ones they were replacing. Had an issue with one of the windows and they had to come back to repair. All in all would recommend them. They were very professional and did an excellent job. We will be using them again next time we need windows replaced.
