The owner came out to provide an estimate and did not try and sell me more than what I actually needed to fix the problem. He was honest, the price was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner by his very experienced crew. I would definitely hire this company again for other services they provide in the future.

Frank was amazing to deal with. He gave a quick and reasonable quote to replace some broken siding. He and Vlad got the work done quickly and efficiently and it looks great. They even went above and beyond on the finishing touches to make it look its best. He communicated well throughout the entire process.

I couldn't be happier with the work that Frank and Debbie did on my front porch. Between them, they replaced my rotting wooden columns and an old railing, updated the soffit and fascia above the porch, replaced all the downspouts on the front of my house, and painted the front door and dormer window box. The work itself is impeccable and has already attracted the attention of multiple neighbours looking to do something similar. Frank and Debbie were incredibly responsive and helpful, never hesitating to drive over to have a look if needed to figure out a solution. There were several times during the process that I thought of other things that I wanted to add to the project, and if they weren't able to help directly, they usually were able to recommend someone else who could. I'm not comfortable leaving the cost of the project in this review as it was so unique to what I needed, and not necessarily what another client might be able to expect; however, I found the costs completely reasonable and more than worth it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Halton Exteriors, and I certainly will look to use them again in the future!

I was first referred to Halton Exteriors by a friend last year to change my soffits, facia, and gutters and was extremely happy with the work.

This year, my house was hit by a flying object in a windstorm, causing damage to my siding and interior drywall in one room. Naturally, I called Frank back to replace all my siding and was very happy with the work.
Frank's wife Debbie also does interior paining and renos so she took care of the repair of my interior wall which included drywall repair, wallpaper removal, and painting.

I also had them in to top up my attic insulation and while in my attic, they had found that my bathroom fan had become disconnected and was blowing into the attic and caused some mold, which needed remediation and that was done at a very reasonable price.

I wouldnt be able to give the exact price or breakdown for each job that theyve done these past couple years but I can say Ive had multiple quotes for the jobs and Halton was definitely always the most reasonable by far.

With all the different types of work theyve done, everything was high quality top notch work, every person that worked on my house was very pleasant and meticulous. Communication was always great, they answer emails very quickly and always kept me up to date on what was going on (I was away when they did the siding).

I would definitely use again and recommend for any kind of exterior and interior work that they do. Im very happy with the way my house appearance has been updated by them over the past two years (white trim and light siding is before, black trim and dark siding after).

I saw a truck with the company details in Burlington after getting a really high quote by another company. I contacted them by email and Frank was quick to respond. A quote was provided via email and the price was confirmed after an inspection. The work is all done, looks great, perfect colour match, and it was half the price from somewhere else. Give them a shout, worth a shot to see if you can save money and get good service.

Frank came out promptly to give us a quote shortly after we contacted him. We are very pleased with the excellent work on the Eavestrough. He is very honest and knowledgeable.
