The technician that served our senior parents deal with their blocked sewer line was very polite and did a very good job of opening the section that was plugged with their cable machine and were then able to send a video scope to view if there were any breaks or places where roots or other hidden condition may be causing the problem to avoid a future reoccurrence. They then offered a safe bio smart bacteria drain cleaning treatment to help reduce the level of natural grease and film buildup in the smaller drain lines that can lead to slow drains in sinks, washing machine lines and tubs/showers so that everything flows freely. The price was fairly presented and we were provided options to help them select the best solution. Overall it was the best service experience they received in a long while. 100% satisfied:)
