Before five to six years, I had problem of rats in my basement and I called Pestico Canada Mr Khalid Rana. He was very cooperative and when talking to him, I understood that he knows his job. I would always recommend him to my friends.

Their team came punctual on the given appointment. Thoroughly seen the effected beds, furniture and other possible objects in our house. They suggested a very nice solution to help eliminate and avoid the bed bugs on a long term basis. We are very satisfied with the job they had done.

We contacted Pestico for a mice problem in my house. They came over the next day. Did an exceptional job at finding all the possible sources of entry points and locating the hiding place. Got a good service and have not found any signs of mice since then. I even got a follow up few months later and had a great experience working with this company. Mr Khalid has been great in explaining everything in detail and giving suggestions about problem and also about prevention. Khalid is exceptional. He picked up the phone in the middle of the night, came to my door within 30 minutes, got rid of the squirrel within another 30 minutes, and only charged me half of what other companies were prepared to charge me. He even stayed longer to fix the hole where the squirrels were entering my house. I would recommend him over any company, anytime.

We had Pestico come to our home to treat an exotic wood table from termites. We mentioned that we were a bit concerned because it was a very sensitive wood. They assured us that they would first assess the table and if they feel that there would be potential for damage they would not go through with it. They did treat it, but shortly after the treatment the table warped and cracked. The treatment also left water marks on the table. On top of all of that, the termites are still very much alive and eating away at our table. We called them to let them know that the termites were still alive and asked if they had another way of treating the wood (as they state clearly on their website) since the other method damaged our table. They said no. Then we asked if we could get a refund since it clearly did not work and there is no other way of treating it. They very rudely said they would send someone in to look at the table and then hung up on us. We called them back to ask for a date and he said he would call us to let us know - they never called and no one ever came. We have been calling them for a few weeks now trying to resolve this issue, but have been hung up on and ignored. They robbed us of our money and destroyed our very expensive one of a kind dining table. There is not much we can do, but wanted to make sure no one else has to go through what we went through.
