I contacted Shay by email and sent a number of photos of the roof in question. Shay answered many of my questions in great detail, and listed options and price details. His colleague Cory completed the job in just over a day.
The quality of the work looks great, and Cory did a great job in showing his work with photos at different stages of the job. The roof was not in good shape before so there was a slight increase in cost from the original quote, (but that was half expected).

It was a pleasure doing business from start to finish with this company. Shay delivered when a dozen other companies wouldn't or couldn't. He went above and beyond, driving across the city in under an hour to save the day and make sure my wife got her surprise birthday present.

An experienced heating company was in the midst of installing a new gas fireplace to replace an existing wood burning one in my home. The installers were unable to safely scale my icy roof to complete the installation of the vent into the chimney. Integrity came to the rescue and I won't forget it.
