They came and did a top to bottom inspection. Very good, very professional. He took his shoes off when we went upstairs to the carpeted portion of the house. He cared about where we were and checked it over carefully.

He did a good job I had put in an offer on a property and I wanted a thorough inspection done particularly regarding the possibility of basement leaks, moisture, cracks in walls and roof. He did a very good job throughout. He takes pictures and uses this program where he uploads the pictures and writes comments about the inspection generating a pdf file where I can go in and look at the pointers.

Michael at 4Sight did a home inspection for me and was very thorough, professional and courteous. He answered all my questions as I followed him around the house and took his time with the answers. I would highly recommend 4Sight.

They did a home inspection and I thought it was thorough and timely. In real-time while I was there on sight he was able to provide me direct instructions and guidance on areas of improvement in the home. He also provided thermo graphic imaging, which was an added value.

He was great and went through absolutely everything with me, completely 100 per cent. He was early which was nice cause I’m always early. Everything was just great, the home inspection review he provided was great as well, very helpful.

4SightInspections did a full inspection on a house where the purchase was conditional upon inspection. I feel that it was a very thorough job they did, very accurate and it was very action oriented, providing significant insight into the home.

I did a Google search for a home inspector and I didn't compare prices because he was the only one to call me back. The price ended up being good and the inspection was great.

I found the company online and read a lot of positive reviews for them. I compared prices with other companies as well but they were very personable. The inspection seemed very thorough but we haven't moved yet so we have yet to see if anything was missing in the report.

I got Michael to see me as a last minute appointment (last August 28, 2013) as I was in a hurry to get the inspection done before the purchase agreement of the house expires. Good thing that it was him that did the inspection. Inspection was good as it came with prints and photos of the report which is very handy if you want to know what needs to be fix right away and what needs to be maintain in the future. He also gave me some tips around the house as I am a first time buyer. I have just moved in to my new house this past weekend and thought this is the best time to write a review of the wonderful job he did.
