I found the staff at Babies R Us when we purchased our bassinet to be helpful. She knew her product details and how many there were left in stock, 1, and where it was. Definitely a place to shop if you are on a tight budget.

Babies r us is a great store to shop in if you already know what your looking for. Each time I've been there, the staff were trying to be helpful but didn't know anything about the products they carried. It's a Shane really since they carry such great products. They should really invest time into training their staff on product knowledge.

just shortly after having my second child and only having a single stroller an infant and a toddler just learning how to use her sea legs and having a accident where i had her sit on the feet rest and she had fallen down and scraped her poor body i decided that i needed a double stroller something sturdy and relaible that would not break after only a couple uses i went to babys r us and found the phil and teds stroller the staff at the north location were incredibly helpful and very polite i will go back to this location.
