Frank and his team did a fantastic job waterproofing our house. The work was top notch and their attention to detail was fantastic. Each night the job site was tidy and nothing was left in a mess. The team communicated well throughout the project and kept us up to date on progress and any issues. The (small) issues we faced were all easily solved by the team, after presenting us with options and costs to let us to decide on which route to take. ACE also broke up some concrete in our back yard and laid sod which has made the world of difference to our young kids. Overall very professional, hard working and nice guys to boot.

Frank and his crew worked incredibly hard to get our difficult job completed, and they left the site clean at the end of each day, for the safety of our dog. Importantly, the communication by Frank was great. His price was very reasonable, compared to other quotes we obtained.

We also received estimates from three of the "big" players in this industry who each sent salesmen to spend only a couple of minutes to close the sale without any thorough explanations as to process or an attempt to address our concerns. In stark contrast, Frank from Ace Waterproofing was patient, very thorough in both his explanations as to the cause of our problems (leaking basement) and how he would solve the problem. This included Frank showing us detailed photographs of every stage of the procedures recommended. To top it all off, Frank's estimate was not only more thorough than all other estimates received but also far more affordable.

ACE Waterproofing came highly recommended by my coworker about five years ago. Since then, we have used their services on two occasions, the first leak project was an exterior wall. We found Frank and the team to be professional, pleasant, thorough and timely. They left no trace that work was completed on the property, spotless.
Our house sits on a high water table and we have been plagued with leaks for the twelve years we have lived here. In 2019 we renovated the basement to repair damaged studs and mold infested walls. A few months after the basement flooded. Naturally, we panicked and reached out to Frank for the second time. We had to wait through the COVID 19 restrictions. Finally, Frank and his team arrived, dug a trench included weaping tiles and a sump pump. The job was affordable and neat. We are completely satisfied and would absolutely recommend ACE Waterproofing.

Over the past 10 years I've had 3 separate foundation leaks into the basement repaired by Frank. I don't remember how I found Frank back then but I'm glad he's still available. He's always professional starting with a timely quote and a fairly accurate start date. I'm always amazed how efficiently he can dig out and put every bit of soil back in like nothing ever happened. Frank always leaves the jobsite clean and tidy. Combine a great work ethic with a pleasant personality you feel confident that the job gets done with care.

I had called Frank for a previous job a few years ago, and he was great, so when we had another leak in our basement I really wanted to have Frank come back. He’s professional, knowledgeable, hard working and honest. He responded quickly to my call; was at our house to make an assessment, and then had the job finished all within days. This review is long overdue. We had a leak in the basement of our North York home during the spring of 2017. Called a few people to come and take a look and get estimates for a fix. Frank was professional, responsible, reliable and so honest from the start. Every other company or contractor told us we needed to waterproof and it would cost a few thousand. Frank took a look and found the source of the leak and told us we didn't absolutely need the waterpoofing. It's been a year and a half, and we have seen a lot of rain in Toronto since, and our basement is still dry. Frank definitely knows what he is doing and is such an honest person. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a waterproofing pro.
