Dennis and the team were great to deal with. I received about 10 quotes for my flat roof which was in bad condition. Some of the companies we got quotes from just wanted to put a new roof on top, didn't have a good method to fixing the problem and some didn't even quote because it was too complicated.

Our experience.
The team was on time daily, worked quickly and were clean. We were really happy with the finished product. The roof had rooten wood, an old deck above it and Dennis was able to deal with it all. Dennis was also able to help our neighbour with a roofing issue and accomodate the fix on a tight schedule.

One of the tradesperson sings the same song all day, which was also pretty entertaining.

I'd highly recommend Dennis and the Flat roof company in a heart beat.

I had a leaking flat roof and I contacted BFR because of its great reviews on Homestars, but I contacted some other well reviewed companies too. Oleg came the day after I contacted him and gave me a quote on the spot, which was cheaper and more comprehensive than any of the others I (ultimately) received. He added in extra insulation and we opted for a white TPO roof. His team were great: Dennis, Pietr, all of them. Worked super hard, were super courteous - really nice guys. We're really happy with the new roof and really impressed by the professionalism and speed of the BFR team. Thank you BFR team!

The entire team at Best Flat Roof were great to deal with.. Oleg, Vitalie and the installation crew were very professional, thorough, did exactly as they said they would. Workmanship was excellent and top quality IKO materials. They arrived when they said they would, took as long as they said they would, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Also very fair/competitive pricing. I highly recommend them and intend to use them again on future projects.

We contacted Best Flat Roofs (BFR) after learning that our roof was in rough shape. The roof was totally replaced with the old roof removed and scraped down to the concrete deck of our roof. There was approximately 8 tons of old roof removed.

We were afraid that this "surprise" would end up costing us, since other quotes that we received that it would cost an addition $7,000 per layer.
We were pleasantly surprised that his invoice matched his quote precisely.

The quality of the work was good and it was done quickly. I would recommend recommend them.

Best Flat Roofs are great. Earlier this yes, we contracted them to replace two flat roofs and our experience with the whole crew was great... 10+.

We woke up this morning (New Year's eve) to a leak from the shingles side of the roof. I called them, they were here within 30 minutes to inspect and within two hours to fix the damaged shingles. HIGHLY recommend them.
