Newtech Appliance Repair & Refrigeration

My dryer was making unusual sounds. The technician replaced the idler pulley wheel and the sound was gone, so it seemed good. He also put in a few feet of flexible tubing when I asked about the vent. After he left I ran a load of laundry and discovered it was actually even worse now. It wouldn't run for more than a couple minutes without shutting off. I called the technician and he did not offer any suggestions as to why, and said he was busy and wouldn't be able to come back for another 3 days. So 3 more days without our dryer, and another disrupted morning. Rather than wait, I did my own troubleshooting and ultimately decided to take it back apart myself, and discovered that the technician had not plugged the moisture sensor back in. I fixed that and it's running again. I called to inform them and they just said "OK thanks". The service did not match the price.

Update: The owner contacted me the next day to ask what happened and offered a 10% credit in an effort to fix the situation.

My washing machine stopped agitating. Paul came at the arranged time, diagnosed the problem, said he would find the part and call to arrange a follow up visit, was upfront with the projected cost. Paul called 2 days later (on a weekend) to say he had found a part and scheduled his return visit. Again arrived on time and fixed the washer very quickly. The cost was exactly as quoted earlier. I

We had to get our old stove disconnected before delivery of our new one (1st visit) and get the new one connected (2nd visit). They came before delivery with a safe margin for traffic, and then they returned the next day in the morning because the delivery of the new stove had happened too late in the evening the day before. They were quick and efficient and the cost for the visits was exactly what they said it would be. Loved it. Thank you!

Amin came and repaired our stove for us. He was able to repair it the same day having the parts he needed with him. He then took the time to the check our dishwasher for us and told us that it was not worth the money to fix it. We thought this was the case has the dishwasher is over 30 years old.
We were very satisfied and will call again when we will need an appliance repaired.

I found this Company via Google and contacted Amin after 10pm in the evening as my washing machine suddenly stopped with an error code flashing E1 F9 and door locked; could not open it. Worse, cannot find the switch to turn off the machine ! Amin was not working on Sunday but he told me he would get a Technician come over to help. I got a surprised call from Amin on Sunday morning at 8:30 that he would come over himself. My Dryer is stacked on top of the washing machine and placed in a very narrow room. Amin didn't retreat but did his best to pull the two machines out; found the broken parts clogged in the drain hose; remove them and fixed my washer. He tested the machine to make sure it works. He told me the broken parts do not need to replace as it does not stop the machine works. Very thorough gentleman with ethical values and professional skills ! I will not hesitate to refer his service to my family, friends, anyone who needs it. Amin, I just can't say thank you enough for your kind efforts and help to me today !! Deeply appreciate !!!
