Kitchen Pro

We had all our kitchen cabinets done and installed on Nov 6th & 7th 2015 by Kitchen Pro and the workmanship is very poor! Then they forgot the cutlery dividers and they delivered after 2 weeks. I must say that I'm not impressed with the work and I regret to have dealt with this company. After I had sent 7 e-mails to the company to follow up and have their team to come to fix their unprofessional work. Date sent: Nov 30th, I sent an e-mail to Andy to let them know that I was going to send them pictures of what needs to be fixed or redone! Dec 2th with pictures, Dec 4th, I received an e-mail saying to me to go over to the company to pick screw cover (stickers) for the holes. Seriously? stickers to cover their poor work? I sent e-mail saying that the stickers can't cover errors done by your team. Dec 16th, Dec 18th all of 2015, Jan 26th 2016, Jan 28th and on Feb 16th 2016 after I had sent them e-mails following up, I got a reply from them. This is unprofessional people after 3 months they did not have a decency to reply any e-mails except Dec 4th to pick up stickers. That was a joke!! Then they sent a team member to fix drawers holes because the handles were drilled at the worng place and you can't expect filler and Tipp-ex to cover the cracks from poor touch up work. Some of cabinets doors were not levelled well from the initial installation. beginning! I'm not sure some reviewers posted pictures and if they are really looking for quality of work or they didn't see!! For the look can get from Ikea!! some of the pictures are history old and I didn't know until this happened to me. I have attached all some of the pictures and what I did go through from this company. I have highlighted them in read for viewers to see.

We used Kitchen Pro to design and build our mudroom/laundry room and recycling drawer. The cabinets did take longer to receive then promised, however, it was worth the wait as they are of great quality, excellent craftsmanship and reasonably priced. Andy was patient and accommodating with our design concept. The room looks amazing! Thank you very much!

A very nice experience. The owner Andy is very much hands-on. We went thru the designs, mockups on computer to have true views and feels. During implementation something unexpected occurred but no problem, they resolved it, and it turned out to be actually even better than the original design. Very happy with the result that looks really posh. All the guests are very much impressed. 10 points!

I love my kitchen. It was made by a very professional team. Robert and Douglas and Jason and his team are amazing people. The owner, Andy, was very helpful and loyal to his customers. Andy and his team can make your dream possible. Trust them and go for your dream kitchen.

I love my new kitchen! Andy and his team did a great job with the design of our kitchen- he gave us wonderful suggestions and helped guide us through a very daunting process. Summer and Ashley were very helpful in picking the finishes and were very accommodating in scheduling the installation around our contractors. The people who installed the kitchen were very professional, courteous, and worked quickly. There were a couple of minor glitches that we found after the kitchen went in, and Kitchen Pro fixed them quickly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the GTA looking to have cabinetry done!

I am looking for new kitchen cabinets. Before I went in to ikea and other company, but they're none of my choice. So I dropped by to Kitchen pro. The sale gives me a great advice and friendly to explain very clearly about the materials and layout of how to install my cabinets. They custom-made the size of cabinet what I wanted .

We really like this company with all their patient and works for our kitchen renovation. Our kitchen was about 20 years, the area was so limited. So we took long time to think about layout and remodified design for few times. Their installers are very professional. They had to bring in cabinets from my back door and went through whole dinning area. They help me to remove all furnitures and put them back gently after work. Really really nice.

The made new cabinets for our new renovating kitchen and house enterence. the guy was very halpfull with planning and acomodate our needs and requests. the cabinets are good quality. it was ready on time and installed on time as promissed.

buy a brand new home from builder. The kitchen feature is low end. so go to kitchen pro for advise. the sale is very good. give 4 plan for redo kitchen after close. the price sound very good. look forward the new kitchen from them

Unprofessional uninstallation of my original laminate countertops, damaged faucet during uninstallation. the new granite was finally installed, but left dents on my drywall. Undermount Sink hole is irregularly sized so I could not install the drain hole properly.
