My wife and I are extremely pleased with the garage that we had built by Reg and his crew. The customer service was excellent by all the staff. This was our first time building a garage and Reg and his team were always willing to answer any question we had. Reg kept us informed as to the progress of the project and when each trade would be showing up. The crew kept the worksite really clean and organized. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional team that will provide a product that will exceed your expectations. Reg and Glenn thank you for making the entire project stress free and a really pleasure to work with you guys.

I had called this company off their ads posted on a van of barlow and had them quote against planet builders. They came in 4000$ less and offered way more and did a perfect job. Even came back 1-1/2 later to adjust my man door.

In 2012 got Glenn and Reg to build our 30 x30 garage.
They were efficient and genuine. we felt very comfortable having them around our home as my husband was working away.
They answered all questions my husband and I had. They were efficient and clean, and its great quality work. Time effective and the garage is great.
They gave us couple extras ( that were great for us).
The price was comparable to others, I did research due to hearing so many bad stories).

Since then we had our house resided and roof redone by them as well, to match the garage.
That too was done very well.
After a few months some of the shingles had come off due to high winds ( of were we live). I called and Reg had them replaced with in 2 weeks.

One time I was apparently not paying good attention backing out of garage, and hit the trim with my mirror. ( couldn't believe it happened) but I called Reg, and he came and replaced that piece, without any issues and didn't make me feel dumb, about it.
Now this last month, I've called Reg, 2 weeks ago, to have the garage insulated and boards on walls, (instead if drywall).
He gave me a quote and it was reasonable, and said it would be done within the week. It was started and finished by that sat.

I asked for a quote for the garage heater installed. I had someone else lined up, but he came in under, so he did it too.

While they were here, I needed help moving washer and dryer, and since hubby was away again, I asked if they Reg and Kevin could help me. They stopped the work and helped me.
Which I am so grateful for.
also, I had asked for help on making a new dog kennel in the garage for my big dogs. Reg came this week and did it for me in an afternoon on his own time, and didn't charge me, used what was left from my job. And its Fantastic!!!

So I have and will refer them to others. I find that they are very pleasant and personable. They take pride in what they do, and value the people ( families) that are their customers.

I respect them as a company, but I value them as the people they are. They are honest, genuine, reliable, and kind.
How can you put a price on something that is priceless!!

They always say thank you for my business. Which I appreciate. So, they will always be my contractors for everything I need.

Please stay away from these guys especially concrete works it is just horrible uneven, everything cracks and it is only 6 months after a build. They have assured top quality work and instead i have water standing in my garage no proper sloping. I am trying to get a hold of them for past three months and there is no reply from anyone, no one is even interesting to show up to assess the problems the promised warranty is a crap, good thing it is in writing i will be taking further actions if i have to ill go to the lawyer as well. I am not a happy customer at all. It is nice to take some ones hard earned cash and not give a damn. Totally do not recommend this outfit to any one pay more if you have to and get quality work done or do it yourself, most likely it will be a better job for sure It is a year later no one still havr contacted to do the repairs to the concrete pad Garage builders promissed to come to do it properly scheduled a time i stayed home all day and no one showed up until this day i dont believe in their comment at all on my review

We met with Reg last winter and booked June 05th as the start date for our garage. At the end of April people showed up to mark utility lines. We contacted Reg to let him know there was paperwork here for him. He explained they would be arriving the next week, the beginning of May to start. We let him know we had not removed our shed as we weren't aware they were coming early. He put us back to a June 05 start date. We weren't concerned when the work didn't start on the 5th it had been very wet in the days leading up to the 5th. We did start to get worried when June was coming to an end and we still hadn't heard from them and they were not responding to calls or emails. Finally we heard from Reg the third week of June and he indicated they would be there the next week. Two weeks later they showed up to start. The work went slowly but finally over the period of a month it was completed. The garage is solidly built and we were pleased. Reg came and was paid the final instalment. At this time he told us we passed the inspection. Unfortunately the inspection hadn't actually happened and we hadn't found out until after we had moved everything into the garage. Finally on Sept 03 the inspector came. We were home and he told us that our garage did not pass inspection. It is because of the soffits used in the eve of the garage. Glenn was contacted and he told us that we passed the inspection. We let him know that we had paperwork from the inspector telling us we did not pass. He said he would contact the inspector and would call us back. We waited and a month later called Glenn to see when the work would be fixed. He said once the season was over for them someone would come out to fix it. It is now November 15 and no one has been out and no one has contacted us. We would love to give a positive review but we are now 5 and a half months into this and they have not fulfilled their contractual obligations despite having been paid in full since August. We have left voice messages but have not received a call back.

After engaging a number of builders in the Calgary area to build a 2.5 car garage,we went with AAHI. Both Reg and Glenn were pleasant and professional to deal with. Reg answered all our questions as we did our research on building garages. The price was fair and we are very happy with our new garage and would recommend AAHI Garage Builders to our friends.

We had an oversized garage built this spring. The process from start to finish was absolutely everything we could have ever wanted. We duplexed our garage with our neighbour as our house is also a duplex and Glenn and Reg answered every question we had from the beginning of the build. The size is 44 x 24 and the workmanship completely kicked butt! We have the best garage on the block; the site was cleaned every time they were working and the quality is excellent. We signed our contracts on May 2 and building was complete May 28!!! We were waiting for the concrete to cure for almost two weeks they were so fast. A neighbour across the alley ordered a garage after they saw what a great job they were doing on ours! An excellent experience, I would recommend Glenn and Garage Builders to everyone!

Dealing with Glenn, Reg and their trades has been a pleasant experience. Their workmanship, site cleanliness and professionalism are first rate! I would definitely recommend Garage Builders to anyone looking at taking on such a project.
