we have had air central in a number of times for different things. We have always been satisfied with their service and products. IF we had ANY issue and it has been with an add on to the furnace and nothing to with air central we have always been very happy. they are professional and on time ... clean up after themselves and get the job done.
If they were not able to do a job for any reason they do not have any problem pointing you in the right direction.

Great company. The installer/ owner of the company was fantastic to deal with. Install was very professional and completed exactly to code. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Oh yes the office staff was amazing to deal with.

Air Central was excellent throughout the entire process. Shannen was very accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. After answering a few questions, she sent me a couple of very competitive quotes for the complete removal of the old furnace and the installation of the new furnace. She set up the the appointments for Tim, the installer, and answered any questions I had through numerous emails and telephone calls in a timely manner. Tim showed up promptly, for both the original assessment, and then later, for the install. He was later joined by Wyatt and they completed the job in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Throughout the installation Tim patiently explained the process to me and answered the numerous questions I asked him. I was very happy with the completed job, and would recommend Air Central to anyone.

Shannen at the office was pleasant, polite and explained everything plus managed to fit us in quickly. Tim, the installer, did a great job. His work was extremely neat and tidy and he took the time to go over everything afterward with us. And the permit number was on the receipt along with the number to contact at the town to arrange an inspection! None of that happened when we used a large company to install a garage heater in our former home in St Albert!

Air Central was very easy to work with from the first inquiry phone call, to their instant quote, to the timely install, which was professional, quick, not intrusive. We are now enjoying our air conditioner. Thank you!

Air Central was amazing to deal with. Their quoting process was far and away easier, more timely and more accessible than any other companies we talked to. When I had questions, Shannen sent a detailed email to support any questions I had that made it even easier. They were the only place to not require an appointment and were still able to give us the best possible AC for our home. Their prices were far superior, included more and didn't try to upsell us unnecessarily. Their install team was kind, professional and great to have in our home. they did a wonderful job and were extremely helpful. I have nothing but great things to say about our entire experience.
