John - came to the house brought terrific samples (which we didn't expect), he was excellent & patient in helping us pick the right insert. We recently had John install several panels of stained glass on our patio and front entrance of our home. From the moment I sent an email asking for information to the finished installation John was extremely prompt and professional. He provided guidance with respect to the design and even repaired my front door that was not closing properly. Now that is a professional and detailed oriented contractor. We decided to change our door inserts and went with Pinnacle. John brought some inserts to our house and was excellent in helping us decide on which inserst to choose. He also installed the inserts and was very professional and even suggested the colour that we should paint our door to enhance the inserts. We are extremely satisfied.We would definetely recommend Pinnacle for anyone considering a door insert.

We saw John personally hand deliver a flyer to our door. We moved into the house last summer and on the 'wish list' was replacing the upper 1/2 regular glass on our front doors. I called Pinnacle1 on a Sunday late afternoon to leave a message but John picked up right away. I asked him when he might be able to do a quote and he said tomorrow if we were free. Monday he spent a significant time with us showing many samples he brought along. He explained the manufacturing process and the differences in quality between suppliers. I could tell from his full size samples that his products were superior to what I had seen before. We were only going to do the 1/2 original window. John suggested we place some full size samples up against the door opening and view them from both sides. This changed our minds immediately and we ordered full size panels. He said it would be a week or two before they would be ready. We were suprised when he called 4 days later on Friday saying the panels were complete and he was free to install them the next day! He showed up promply on time and did a very professional installation job. This included checking the door hinges, tightening them up, replacing a broken hinge screw, removing both door to cut the lower half and installing them. He then ran a very thin bead of caulking around both sides of the glass trim inside and out. Best caulking job I have ever seen. To me that was a sign of a true professional. Very friendly and personal as well. Highly recommend him if your in the market for these. I have attached before and after pictures.
