Supreme Security

We have been with Supreme for 17 years, and they are very helpful in dealing with any issues we have had with our security system. We have had a couple of false alarms and had them deal with replacement of the alarms on our windows when we replaced them. They always are very respectful and understanding when dealing with us despite some of the issues being of our own doing!! They arrive on time when appointments are scheduled and complete the work on a timely basis. It gives us a great sense of security knowing that an excellent company is providing monitoring services for our home.

My husband and I have been clients of Supreme Security for several years. We have never had an intrusion but have set off our alarm several times by accident. Their response was immediate and monitoring technician was polite and understanding.

What a great experience dealing with Supreme Security over the past few months. From my initial contact with Loretta to discuss requirements and understanding exactly what I needed to protect the business to the process of coordinating initial on site review and installation through the construction process, Supreme was responsive and customer centric throughout. Supreme provided great support and good value in their pricing for a new small business starting up. This week our system was brought live and the user friendly technology is awesome. I am able to remotely track the premises through my smart phone and have easy user experience in managing the system. As with any new install, we had a functional problem in the first few days and again Supreme responded quickly and provided immediate on site support to help us out. Recommend Supreme for anyone looking for this type of service who wants to experience great customer service, support and helpful attitude!

Loretta was lovely. She gave me such great information and the technicians were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. The package price was very competitive and they helped me decide on additional equipment. They walked me through the whole thing and made it easy.

Problems have now been rectified with Supreme. We were reimbursed for all costs and are now out of our contract with them. They came to remove all their parts. Thanks.

I work for a construction company and we recently just moved to a new building where we needed a security alarm system so we called Supreme Security. The service techinican that came and installed the alarm systems was great and helpful and even to this day any request we have they are following up within an hour or two. We even tested the alarm system and they were on call 2 minutes later. all in all supreme had great pricing, great staff and affordable.

We have always been very impressed with the service we have received from Supreme. We are able to deal with very responsible people and if ever we have a problem, they walk us through solving it right away.
Their prices are reasonable and we would recommend this company to anyone who wants good service.
