After having a couple of companies giving me quotes to finish the ba. ment, I was really pleased with Sasha's proffesionalism and attention to details. He explained everything from the first visit and he came fully prepared to answer all our questions. We didn't feel their presence at all. They were very clean and quite. You can barely hear them working. They finished the job within 5 -6 weeks just as promised, and were out of the basement before we knew it. I highly recommend TIPEQ to anyone looking to renovate their house.

We recently completed an extensive reno of our downtown Toronto loft and Sasha and his team at TIPEQ were the company that we used. We could not be happier with the finished product! Our renovation included almost everything: new hardwood floors and stairs, new glass/metal railings, new kitchen incl. counter and backsplash, new bathrooms incl. shower and tub, new doors and trims, painting, new walk-in-closet cabinetry, etc. We also made some changes to electrical and plumbing. Sasha took care of it all! He hired and managed all the trades and dealt with our building superintendent to book the elevators, etc. He also moved our furniture out of the unit into his own storage. What sets Sasha apart from everyone else is his commitment to quality. An example of that would be: when I was checking in on the work one day and I saw Sasha ripping out the living room floor that were just put in by a sub-contractor the day before because he wasn’t 100% happy with the installation. Even after I already told him that I think it looked great. That’s true dedication. Sasha’s interpersonal skills are superb too and he is a pleasure to work with. He also came up with some great ideas and suggestions on fixture and options such as the tub that he recommended. And whenever we noticed something that we wanted to change or improve Sasha would be there the next morning to do it. Overall, I would recommend TIPEQ to my friends and family in a heartbeat.

Sasha and team were amazing to work with on our kitchen renovation. Sasha kept us updated and informed on a daily basis. When we needed to re-think direction Sasha provided options with costs and or savings and included our input on the final solution. In the course of 2 years TIPEQ performed a few tasks in our house - starting from 5 piece bathroom. Then master suite bathroom - they participated not only in renovation side but also worked on design and helped with choice of wall & floor finishes. Latest project was basement - old and outdated finish had to be modernized. TIPEG had to work with stone veneer, install - completely change flooring (we use the higher quality of engineering flooring, change lighting (install numerous pot lights). Entire house was painted. Quality of work is great. Work day is always starts on time. Staff is polite and accomondating to family's needs. As we had many projects but not performed at the some time and in different seasons it was important to us that the house was resonably clean during renovation and TIPEQ's staff made sure that it was - at the end of the day workers would vacuum working area. Over all we are exteremely satisfied with work and would recommend to out friends.

We hired Sasha on the advice of our kitchen designer and are very happy with our renovation!
