We called on a Sunday morning: they were here same day and finished by Sunday afternoon! Great people: tidy, quick, thorough, explained everything we needed to know and more! Suggested a couple ways to save $$. Will definitely call again! THANKS!!!!

We installed our pool 38 years ago and for most of those years handled everything ourselves except when expert help was occasionally required. In recent years we found we needed help opening and closing--unfortunately the service was often disappointing--untrained or sloppy. 2 years ago we received a flyer ad for Premier Pool Group. We tried them and found their service excellent. Last winter disaster struck --- the water disappeared. New liner was required. Lenni and Jodie took over and looked after everything in a very professional way and their price was competitive. They are delightful people to work with and we have no hesitation in recommending them. A&M Penny. Note: We are not getting paid to say this.

our pool heater broke down shorty after we moved into our new home, Lennie and Jodie came by late evening in the rain to review the broken heater and suggested a replacement - they were informative and helped us decide on the best course. The job was completed in a very professional manner and on time . Lennie was aware that we were new pool owner and he went above and beyond of the heater replacement, checked the whole installation and even pressure tested our lines A very big thank you for your help and support in making this a great experience and also helping us to understand what being a pool owner is all about Dipak and Ruth

We bought our dream home 2 years ago which of course had a pool. We were given by the previous home owners there pool companies #, to our surprise no one ever answered the # or returned calls. After 3 different companies we found Lenni. He is so reliable that I dont even call him anymore but text him when I need him. Money is not his primary reason for getting back to you because half the time he doesnt even charge for his service. Its Friday night at 7:30 pm, Im having a pool party Sunday and I have just learned that the heater is not working. I called Lenni to get some tips on what might be wrong-he"s coming over instead. Thats service.

For other client's reading our response and the review, we simple try our best to see if we can fix the problem immediately, or find a temporary solution for short term use, and do the repair as quickly as we can get our hands on the parts required. If there is something beyond what we can do, we let you know immediately and forward a name and phone number to you of someone who is licensed, insured, and experienced who can fix the issue, in this case, a licensed gas technician as it was something beyond our expertise. We treat your home and pool as if it was our personal property and give the utmost respect and care to ever client.

Lenni and his team are top notch. I had them come out when another pool company left things started but couldn't complete (3 weeks of waiting and phone calls not being returned led me to Lenni) All I can say is, this is the guy you want. he calls you back, leaves you messages, shows up when he says he will, if there is a problem he let's you know. He opened my pool, replaced the liner (there were many holes), opened the pool and prepped everything. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but in this case I had to as I was blown away by the level of service these guys provided. Due to the warm winter we had a very green pool that needed to be swim-able in 4 days. Lenni and his team made 5 visits in 3 days to make that happen. And he didn't charge me an extra penny for the extra chemicals or extra visits. I've been using another guy for the last 3 years and feel stupid for sticking with him for that long. Lenni and his team opened my pool, vacuumed it (4 times), turned on the heater and even did some tightening of the bolts on my filter to make sure the suction was good...all at a price that was less than what my previous guy used to charge me to just open the pool. He's got a customer for as long as I own a swimming pool.
