At first I thought something must be off as their quote was half of what I received from 3 other companies, however when Jonathan explained it all to me I realized how many people are being ripped off everyday. Chris and his team arrived at my house on schedule and all the guys involved, Jake, Steve, Calum and a few more, were all a pleasure to have around. They treated my home like it was their own and were all round very respectful guys. They made a few recommendations on some additional work, however with no pressure only genuine concern, which turned out to be very beneficial and necessary to the protection of my home. I would recommend them to anyone and am very satisfied with my new, and very level basement floor.

I had DryShield come to my home and fix two water leakage issues in my basement. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. All the people I dealt with with were very pleasant and professional. They even ended up charging me less than the original quote because the scope of work ended up being less than anticipated. In my case, I had two water leaks (one significant) in my basement. Jonathan came out the same day I called to look at the problem and give me a quote. The work was done the next day by two very prompt and courteous people. The outside job turned out to be smaller than originally quoted. I called Johnathan to explain. He listened to me, spoke with his manager and then reduced the cost by a couple hundred dollars which was reflective of the amount of work saved. I will definitely use DryShield again if any new problems arise.

We had a large crack in our poured concrete basement that was leaking. They came over on the weekend and sealed it in a couple of hours and it hasn't leaked since. Service was quick and friendly, and came with a 25 yr warranty so very satisfied.

We had a leak in our basement and called dryshield. They came out right away and fixed it. It was related to our furnace. They were very professional. Highly recommend Eddy Stevens Toronto.

My experience with dryshield was excellent. They were professional and reliable from initial contact up until the end of the job. I had a few companies quote on my basement waterproofing, but I felt most comfortable with dryshield. They gave me a very competitive quote, informed me on all my options thoroughly and described the process clearly. I could not believe it when they told me my job would be done in two days, because all of the other companies told me it would be much longer. Dryshield was able to complete the job on schedule and answer all of my questions during and after the work was complete. Dryshield is simply the right choice if you have a wet basement.

We needed to waterproof our basement before we renovated it into a family room. Upon careful review of companies and acquired quotes, we chose Dryshield and are quite happy with the results. Dryshield provided us with an internal waterproofing system and sump pump, and everything was installed in a timely manner. We have had considerable rain since our waterproofing and are happy to say the basement is not only leak-free, but the musty smell is gone too. We would recommend Dryshield to family and friends.

I had two cracks to the foundation in the basement that had to be repaired and I called for a quote. The company was comfortable enough to quote me without even coming by - and they honored their quote, too. They had a packed schedule and wasn't able to accommodate my preferred date, but their man came as appointed, on time, and finished the job within 3 hours.
