Pods Moving & Storage

I moved from a big house to a condo and I had a lot of stuff to put in storage. After a thorough research I opted for PODS and couldn't be more happier.  Everything, from the first phone call to to the POD pick up works like a very well oiled machine. The organization and professionalism of the staff at all levels it is simply unmatched. I have the things in storage and a couple of times I needed the POD delivered and picked up at my place. I dealt with different people at the time of the scheduling, calls, and delivery drivers.  Every single one did an excellent job, in the office they went overboard to accommodate my special timing needs on one instance , their timing is impeccable, always as established, drivers call to let know when they are close, courteous and polite. They are absolutely awesome and would not thing of using anyone else.  I talked about PODS with everyone I know and will recommend without hesitation. A very pleasant experience.  Thank you so much.

My experience was great not one problem. PODS caught a mistake in the storage location and called me to get clarification and change location. They were excellent at calling to say they were running behind and update me on pickup/drop off times. Soooo appreciated. Most companies would just let you sit and wait. I found this respectful and professional and will only use PODS in the future because of that. I will always recommend PODS to others.

The driver was very courteous and well mannered, very professional and did an excellent job.. made using PODS a pleasant experience. Lucas was also very thorough in servicing my requests. I´m very happy with PODS experience and would highly recommend to others. Please commend the driver for such excellent service.

Kidz2Kidz in partnership with First Service Brokers Ltd. approached POD Moving & Storage of Mississauga to assist with an drive to collect gently used sports and leisure equipment to be given to children and families in need. POD readily offered their services and 'donated' the use of a POD for nearly 2 months so that we could hold the equipment until it was donated to the respective organizations and camp (Big Brothers Big SIsters of Peel, Variety Village and Camp Solelim). It was a pleasure dealing with POD Moving & Storage. I highly recommend them for their level of service, punctuality, professionalism and caring. This company is a true reflection of a corporate citizen that wants to make a difference in the community. I have got to tell you, I flew blind on this whole PODS adventure as an option for moving my family. There are no words to describe how thrilled I am that I chose this route, and specifically your organization to test this new approach. We have moved many times and will do again....closing both the sale and purchase on the same day was extremely stressful. Thankfully I chose PODS! Aside from the immaculate unit itself, the service provided by both you and the team in the office as well as the guys on site has been exemplary and I both applaud and thank you! We will be moving again in about a year and you will definitely hear from me again. I am also mentioning PODS when I tell my story of my move, to everyone I speak to. PODS have supported us for years by providing pods to store items for our yard sale. They are so professional and friendly and have always done a great job. I would just like to say how extremely pleased I was with the service and whole experience with PODS....from the delivery/p-up, email communications, telephone reminders and the truck drivers and sales Rep. They were all professional and pleasant to deal with. And the remote control for the POD and handling structure was REALLY impressive. I can bet a few engineers spent some hours designing that!

From start to finish PODS was amazing - Information & service was great. We were given a 3 hour window the night before and punctuality of drivers was awesome - they actually called when on their way to our house. Rep Lindsay Johnson was very helpful and informative, answered emails very very promptly - Great experience !!

love the fact that you can have international or local support with several ways to have things addressed from scheduling and calculations to street permit coordination by phone, email, online or in person. Great service....thanks Lauren from the Toronto office.

I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how pleased we have been with our pods experience so far. We are only half way through the moving process... our pod was brought to us Monday of this week and picked up just yesterday morning. Our driver was Dave Clemmens (both times). When Dave first dropped off the pod on Monday he was very patient and helpful, as the parking lot we had for him to work with probably wasn't the most convenient by any means. Dave was really professional and seemed to really enjoy what he was doing. After siging the paperwork, and the container was put in place, Dave indicated to me that it would likely be himself or a female driver (named Shannon? I believe...) that would be back for the pod on Thursday. Not really knowing what to expect, I immediately felt more comfortable and confident in the service that Dave was providing to us. It was Dave who returned yesterday to pick up our pod, and it was so great to see a familiar face. The closing date on our new house isn't until March 8th, but I have absolute trust that our stuff will be stored securely until it returns to our driveway. It was also nice to know that it would be Dave or the female driver that would be greeting us at the new house with our pod once again :)

Although, we are hoping NOT to be moving again anytime soon, we will definitely consider PODS in the future and recommend this service to friends and family. Thanks for making this incredibly stressful week a little less stressful. Happy friday to you and your team; enjoy the weekend!!
