Waterproof Masters & Associates

Recently found water on one side of our home. Recommended by a friend of mind who had Waterproof Masters & Associates do their home.
We called them and they sent out a sales associate, Dave was very informative and explained what was going on, and a solution to fixing our issue. We did call a few other companies, although Dave was by far the most knowledgeable and the price was in line or better than the other companies. The crew came on the date provided and waterproofed the side of our home. They guys explained the process and were also very clean and tidy when the job was completed. Would most definitely recommend and hire the main if needed.

I used their service for external waterproofing in October 2023. They didn't finish the work and lacked professionalism. Agreed to put the interlocking back in the area and stamp it so it doesn't settle (had them write this in the contract). After repeated messages to David and his consequent promises to visit and fix the issue and complete the job, nothing ever happened and he ended up ignoring my calls and messages altogether. If you're okay with burning money for a half job, then please go ahead and use their services.

I'll update this review once Paul or someone else reaches out back to me, comes to the property to finish the job properly and if there's other issues due to their negligence, also fixing those issues. I'm a phone call away, you know how to reach me Paul.

Matt was amazing, easy to deal with. His crew was phenomenal. The job got done fast, the crew cleaned up amazingly, no more wet basement. Matt also gave a follow up call to see how thing were.

Homestars referred 3 contractors, Waterproof masters and Nusite attended our home and provided pricing. MMT contacted me and an appointment was arranged however the representative from MMT did not show up and didn't bother to contact me to let me know what was happening or to arrange a new appointment.
It was a bit frustrating to have only 2 prices as the 2 prices I had were quite far apart in cost.
Ultimately we went with Waterproof masters, they did a good job and provided photos of the various stages of the job which appeared from the photos was completed in a thorough and proper manner.
Overall I am pleased with the work and the wall is now dry even after the heavy rain we had shortly after the job was completed.

I had Waterproof Masters fix two leaks in my basement. The owner answers his mobile calls. If he make a commitment, he follows through. His crew did a good job, and when there was another leak after a rainstorm, they came in and performed the warranty work at no cost.

The company recommended interior water proofing and the installation of a sump pump due to a leakage in my basement. The job was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.

Totally satisfied with this company. Workers came when promised; work was efficiently done; the site was left clean; and the price was reduced because the job turned out to be small than anticipated. I am planning to use them for another job next spring.

The cinderblock walls in my basement had water seeping through. After speaking with a couple of companies, I decided to choose Waterproof Masters and I am happy with my decision. They are friendly and honest waterproofing experts with lots of experience. All of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed promptly and my basement was left in clean conditiont.
