From the time I left a message on Alex's phone, the experience with this organization has been nothing short of outstanding. Alex got back to me almost immediately and came to our house that evening. He had answers to all our questions and offered choices that I had not considered beforehand. He had a good sense of the type of door that would work well for our house and was knowledgeable about the products, etc. Once we had the door we wanted, Dennis took over. Professional does not adequately describe the work this man does. The door looks even better than we could have ever expected & the install was perfect. So much so that it looks like the door was here first and the house built around it. The installation was flawless from both the outside and inside. Outstanding product...service...experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Just like to recommend Entrydoors-Toronto to anyone thinking of installing a new front door. The door itself is top quality and the installation was done in a timely and professional manner. You get what you pay for! Our front door looks amazing and I have even received compliments from everyone including all of the different trades that were working in our house. Alex looked after everything and made sure the install was flawless.

We recently had a glass enclosure installed on our small front porch and are very happy with the result. It was a pleasure to work with Alex on the design. We had our front door and transom replaced by custom double doors in October. It was a pleasure working with Alex! He was very knowledgeable and professional and helped us select the exact door we had envisioned. Gabriel was our installer and his work ethic was truly exemplary! We were having an extremely frustrating time finding an entry door to replace our old, drafty, unattractive door. I didn't like anything from the big box stores. I came across Entry Doors on an internet search. Alex came over with pictures and samples and helped us choose a door that is modern but still fits with our old house. Denis did the installation and we couldn't be more impressed with his skill and attention to detail. Just wanted to drop in and say a big thank you to Alex for the beautiful door that was installed on my house just before Christmas. Alex came to my house and showed me a variety of different doors and glass that would compliment my house. We ended up choosing a black steel door with 3/4 glass and its beautiful. We had gotten a couple of quotes and Alex blew everyone out of the water. He explained to us the door would be ready in 8 weeks and he delivered as promised. He sent Dennis over to our house to do the installation and he did an amazing job. Dennis took his time and payed attention to every detail. Very nice guy to to talk to also and impeccable at his job. All of our neighbors love the door and we have gotten many compliments for it. We will definately buy from Alex again when it comes time to do our side door. Thanks again Alex and Dennis outstanding customer service.

We replaced upper and lower front windows. it all went smoothly and we were pleased with the new look. The new woodwork around the windows was nicely done and both Alex the sales rep and Dennis the installer were very pleasant to deal with.

We recently had a new front door installed by EntryDoors Toronto. We had already had a Home Depot representative come to our home and we were informed that because our current door was very less than standard width, we only had one choice - a very cheap steel door that looked not much better than our curent door. Alex informed us that EntryDoors would enlarge the opening, giving us more options. He was very patient with us, helping us to choose the right style for our very modern home. He told us to expect that it would take approximately 8 weeks for the door to come in. That's exactly how long it took. Next, Dennis (the installer) got in touch with us directly and arranged to install the door. He spent the entire day at our home, making sure everything was perfect. The installatation was definitely tricky, and Dennis is a craftsman, such as you don't see much anymore. He poured over every detail and we couldn't be happier with the result. I would rate the entire experience an '11', but HomeStars only goes up to 10 :). We are very grateful to Alex and Dennis and would not hesitate to recommend EntryDoors-Toronto.
