Papa Plumbing

He's been my primary plumbing contractor for the past 8 years so I don't even remember how we first got introduced. They do things right otherwise I wouldn't have been working with them for so long. They're on time and perform good service. My only problem is that the guys should be more cautious when opening the walls for plumbing repairs. They should cut it instead of smashing it open.

I found them in the Yellow Pages and I shopped around and their prices were less than some of the other local companies. I called the office and they said a plumber would be on their way and within 45 minutes they showed up. They recommended a new tank, I said sure, and they put it in. It was really good service and I would recommend them.

The company I work for has been using them for years and although I'd tried other companies I stick with Papa Plumbing because I find their service is very fast and we never have any problems with them (if we do encounter problems they come right away). They do all our work-so duct cleaning, installing furnaces, hot water tanks, etc. We've been very happy with them.

Our contractor told us about them and got them involved about 8 or 9 months ago. They've done the complete plumbing in our house as well as our heating, air conditioning, sprinkler system, and other work. They're very friendly, very cooperative, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. They knew exactly what they were doing. If I could give them more than 10, I would!

I called papa's based on a recommendation from a neighbour. My hot water tank was 18 years old and on the verge of leaking. I called and they were actually able to come out, assess and fix the problem the same day! The cost was less than i had anticipated as well.

Furnace didn't work again after "servicing". Got a rude and abrupt response when calling for recheck. We ended up calling another plumbing company who showed us a still dirty furnace...wasn't serviced properly in the first place. Not impressed at all especially with what they charged us.

We used Papa plumbing to re-pipe out commercial building. They did a great job and we always willing to explain what they were doing in the building. We were very satisfied with Kal the owner and would recommend them to all our commercial clients.

Dec 23, We had a burst pipe and called Papa plumbing. Dec 24 Igy arrived in the morning with a helper and dug up the pipe at the city connection and replaced a burst fitting. They covered the hole and left with no charge and told me it was fixed under warranty. Thanks Igy, you are the BEST.

We feel totally ripped off by these guys. I called them up and the guy on the phone said there is a minimum charge of $380. Then the guy comes and blaming poor quality of the existing plumbing and saying it's big job. He called his boss on the phone and made us sign contract for $1500. The next morning, a different guy comes, called his boss again and now it's $2400. It took them less than 1/2 hour to fix the broken valve fitting. So they basically charged us $5000 per hour.
