Thanks so much for sharing your experience... Our entire staff is working overtime throughout our regular season to ensure we can serve our customers. Although we always honour any item within Warranty for a 5-Year Term, we can't always get there right away. We strive to resolve any eligible Warranty repair within a 30-day period and whenever possible, sooner. (from April through the end of November as we are a seasonal business). Really appreciate you sharing your experience working with us. Although we cannot always be there as quickly as we would like, we always honour any item that falls within Warranty parameters and the 5 Year Warranty period and try to do so within 30 days* generally.
(*During operating season only May through November - as we are a seasonal business and closed December through March reopening in April / May)
