Mike was recommended by an IT person in my wife's firm. He showed up on time, did everything as promised, the charge was as promised and he cleaned up afterwards. He then followed up the next day to make sure there were no problems. Very pleased with the service and results.

Mike is an extremly honest individual that will only recommend what makes sense to your home and works hard to work within your stated budget. The overall quality of his work is nothing short of sensational. Both the picture and sound quality were outstanding and his customer service is top notch.

I know nothing about this stuff and yet he never spoke down to me in our conversations about what we should achieve. He is coming back to finish this projct once a new part comes in. I can't wait to have him here again.

We worked with Mike at Toronto Home Theater, to plan, layout and install a home entertainment system in my family room and to set-up zones for our music throughout the house. This was a complicated, custom job that included the installation of invisable speakers in our wall - can't see them (my wife loves that) and they sound great. Mike was timely, professional and on budget. Whenever we ran into a problem or a snag, Mike came up with creative solutions. It was a treat to work with Mike and Toronto Home Theater. Mike came in to help resolve some issues with the set up of my 50 inch plasma television, which had been installed and wired by another company during our recent renovations. Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was a tremendous help in resolving a wiring problem that had persisted for quite some time.
