We bought a house and were planning to move in December. I eamiled Adel in October and he immediately booked the day we requested. He was very professional over email and was gracious enough to change the quote for me a number of times as I had forgotten a few things. I hired 416-SO-CLEAN to clean the carpets in the house, clean the tile and grout on all the tiled flooring and clean some upholstered dining chairs. I received a confirmation of my appointment a few days before and they arrived on time on the day requested. They worked fast and efficiently and were careful not to damage my walls with their equipment. Adel did a super great job cleaning the grout in the tiles in the kitchen as they were black before and after he cleaned them, they were sparkling! Truly amazing! Adel also told me that certain areas did not require cleaning and so he adjusted the quote to account for him not cleaning these areas! Again so fantastic! I was so happy with how clean the carpets and tile were! Their after service is also great as I had them come back to do a touch up of a tough stain and they did. They also dropped off some solution for me as we had run out! Super company and would highly recommend them!

So Clean was great. Showed up exactly on time, super friendly and did a good job. They even showed up the second time with a welcome basket filled with food for me and my wife as we had just bought a new house and wanted the carpets and ducts cleaned.

We received a sofa that was 40-50 years old with a fair number of old stains. 416-so-clean was honest in saying that they couldn't guarantee that the stains would come out. However, the 2 cleaners did an excellent job and the sofa came out much cleaner than we expected! Would definitely recommend.

I live in a town home with hardwood throughout with only carpet on the stairs, about 25 steps. The job was not too small for them to take. Our carpet was very well cleaned and the service was excellent. Recommended.

My cat vomited on out carpet and after trying to clean it myself, I realized that I didn't know what the hell I was doing lol. I called so clean thanks to homestars reviews and they were in and out in 2 hours. My carpet looks brand new! They are very professional and take pride in their workmanship.

At all times, Adel got back to me shortly after any call or email. He came at a time of my convenience and worked for almost 4 hours cleaning our ducts thoroughly. Unfortunately, in one of the ceiling vents in the basement, I forgot that I had stuffed a t-shirt in an elbow out of view above a vent to prevent wasting heat on an area we do not much use. I emailed Adel after the fact and asked if that would be any potential problem. That evening he made another visit, free of charge, to put cameras and take pictures of all of the possible places that the shirt could have gone. All was clean, likely sucked out with his vacuum during the cleaning. I have absolute comfort that there is no problem and got to see all of ducts and the coils to be sure. It took him about an hour to do all this. He even apologized for the miscommunication when it was completely my omission!

I used their services twice in the past 2 years. First time for cleaning the barber carpet on 2 floors of my home and second for in home cleaning of 2 area rugs. Both times, I received professional, trustworthy service. Adel was very honest to recommend the right package, Ruby was very good handling appointment times and Daltony did a great job cleaning. I thought the rugs would be a quick job but Daltony was there for more than 1.5hrs and made sure the job was done properly. They followed up with a courtesy call to see if we were happy with the service and if we had any issues and they sent us a work order detailing the service prior to the appointment as well as a paid invoice afterwards. Very happy customer!

I was very satisfied with the end result. The service is also very professional from Matthew who picked up the blinds and Adel who delivered the blinds. I can see exceptional care was taken in handling the product and Adel also took the time to explain how to care for my HD blinds in between professional cleaning.

Adel, Matthew and the team always over deliver. We've been using them as our go-to company for carpet cleaning since our twins were born three years ago.
