    When it came time to selling my sister’s home, my sister said that I had to find a stager who could take care of everything. Barbara’s company, AlphaOne has quite a good reputation around my office and now I too know why. The house had been repainted and had gone through some renovations. As far as we were concerned, the house was ready to go. But to Barbara’s experienced eye, there were still a few things that needed to be done. “Kitchens sell homes,” she said, and after she finished having the kitchen’s colour scheme changed ever so slightly, I knew we had a kitchen that would now help to sell the home. The staging was fantastic! The house sold with multiple offers, for 18% over asking. Well done Barbara. My sister is very pleased and so am I.

    Condo renovation and staging

    I had been trying to sell my condo, a very tough sell for 2.5 years unsuccessfully. Then a realtor urged me to contact Barbara at AlphaOne. She went through our property making recommendations to update and sell. Her team then took care of all the renovations. She also recommended a top-selling realtor. The transformation was amazing! The condo sold in six weeks. I was very pleased with the service Barbara and her team provided. Thanks again Barbara!

    When I met with Gerald, I listened to his "sell" story of 2 1/2 years, and I knew we had a tough challenge to sell his condo. The condo was huge and the budget was very tight -- so, my team and I did only the esentials, knowing that the staging would have to carry the weight for the sale. The kitchen cabinets were in great shape, but the counters needed updating -- biggest major transitions were granite countertops, laminate flooring on the mainfloor, carpeting the mainstairs and landing, painting out all the principle rooms and changing only a few light fixtures. In the end, Gerald was able to sell in less than six weeks! Best of luck in your new home Gerald!

    Staging of 75 year old residential home for resale

    We have lived in our home for 35 years and decided to downsize. With no up to date experience or expertise in fashion or decorating we immediately turned to Alpha One. They provided very sound advice, recommendations and implementation in a convincing and tactful manner. All of the work, including some plastering and painting, was performed in a timely, neat and professional manner. It is very clear to us that their efforts made a significant improvement in the appearance of the home and contributed meanigfully to the value recieved. We are very thankful for their contribution and would happily recommend their services to any of our friends who might be contemplating a similar move.

    Hi Barbara, You and your team are amazing!! I couldn't believe how drastically different the house looks. When I returned home that night it seemed like I was in someone else's home. It looks so amazing, we were all speechless! Our family LOVES it! We've had over 20 family and friends who came already to look at our home after staging. Everyone LOVES it. Most of them have not heard of staging before. This was definitely an eye opener for them. They were all asking which company it was and that they are definitely going to find you when they sell their home! Please say thank you to your team for us! I know they put in a TON of hard work.     Home Staging

    Barbara performed a wonderful service for my client. She painted the home in neutral tones, brought in furniture that was fitting for a home in Rosedale, placed the furniture to illustrate the flow of the home and to create a spaciousness and a sense of ease. She also restored the garden to an oasis and even put goldfish in the pond. Good job.

    My team and I really enjoy bringing a home "together" for the best sales results possible for the homeowner. Lorraine, is a truly professional realtor who was able to put this house on the market on a Thursday and sold it with multiple offers for $151K over asking by the following Tuesday night.     Condo Renovation (downtown Toronto)

    My girlfriend and I bought a condo downtown that was in desperate need of renovation. We hired Barbara Bryan at AlphaOne to renovate our kitchen (floors, counters, appliances, light fixtures), both bathrooms (gutted and redone), remove the stucco from our ceiling, paint, etc. Basically, the condo was overhauled from head to toe. We were thrilled with the end result. We are thankful to Barbara for her help and assistance in seeing us through this process. Having never been through the process before, we were anxious and nervous. Barbara did a great job holding our hands! They say that construction can be done cheap, fast; and/or well. Now pick two. Barbara deliveried high quality (10/10) at a great price (11/10). The speed of the project (8/10) was very good too. To have done it quicker would have necessitated cutting corners and losing quality or paying a lot more. We were looking for quality at a great price. And we wanted it yesterday. As such, we are extremely grateful and couldn’t be happier. We have encouraged Barbara to put any potential clients in touch with us. We would be all too happy to act as a reference and champion of AlphaOne and Barbara Bryan's services! I am looking forward to our first house and going through the process again! Sincerely, Tim B.

    If you are not familiar with Staging, you will quickly learn after one meeting with Barbara that staging is a true art. In addition, after Barbara finishes staging your home, you will quickly see her as the artist she really is. Barbara is personable, funny, professional and has fantastic taste. I loved working with her. She transformed my house into a castle. I was so impressed with what she did to help me sell my old home, I asked her to help me design my new home.

    Condo Staging & Renovation Project Management

    We hired Barbara to not only stage our condo but also to manage some small renovations that were required to get our condo ready for sale. She recommended and managed all aspects of the trades and really took the pressure off. We had a really tight deadline and budget and she maintained both! The end result was nothing short of fantastic. Our condo sold within a few days of listing at 100% asking price! There is no doubt that her services were a smart investment that got us a significant return. Barbara really knows her stuff. Thank you so much to her and her team! I'm ashamed to put any before pictures on this review, but believe me she worked wonders with our space.

    Condos are very challenging to stage because of their small space issues. Also, when owners are in a pinch for time to get the best results possible within the shortest window of opportunity, we work to accomodate the owner in anyway we can. Adriana had some great pieces of furniture so all we had to do was decide what to keep, what to store and what to eliminate -- in the end, although the sale of this condo happened in summer, Adriana's condo looked amazing and sold quickly at a great price!
