Professional could not have been more professional. The roof looks great, it no longer leaks and they did an excellent job with the clean-up. They fixed the plaster that was damaged by the job and came back twice to fix some minor problems. They were always prompt, polite and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

We had professional roofers.com complete or re-roof, I was very satisfied. Fair price, great service, did what they said they would do and then some. Great clean up, respectful crew. I am an avid DIY'er and have high expectations for quality in work and service, they met or exceeded. My only -ve was minor, a bit late starting on day 1 - but was promptly looked into with a quick phone call and was advised the crew was on their way - and they showed up 10 min later. Good follow-up and and professional sales/support from start to finish. Great job guys - I wish other contractors were like you guys.

They deserve their name (Professional Roofers), I searched and I got some estimates and after all I decided go by them. In each step, their customer care was outstanding. From answer to phone for the first time, estimating (reasonable and knowledgeable), customer care during the installation (in the first call they care you and do the best), installation process (very polite and neat), quality control (on time) and even their follow up about warranty. Overall professional roofers did a pretty good job replacing my roof. Jonathan explained everything clearly and provided accurate estimate. I really appreciate the fact that Jonathan has sent a person to cover leaking part of my roof prior to the actual replacement free of any extra charge. Workers that were replacing the roof did a great job. They placed my bathroom vent exactly where I indicated and did a good job replacing plywood and shingles. The roof looks great. I also had a solar vent installed on my roof with no extra charge. I had couple of issues that we had resolve in the process. First, the vents that were delivered were plastic instead of aluminum that I was promised. Second, the workers did not know that they were supposed to install the solar vent that I was promised. Eventually everything was resolved and everything was done properly just as I wanted. Great experience overall.

Professional Roofers are exactly as their name implies. From start to finish, their team did everything they could to ensure that we were satisfied with the work done. They were prompt at making an appointment to quote on the project and were on time when arriving. All of the details and options were well explained and the documentation was helpful. One of the things that sets this company apart from the others is that they allowed us to choose the brand and model of shingles that we had researched and decided upon whereas the other companies were pushing discounted shingles. We wanted to ensure that the job was done correctly the first time and this is why we chose this company. They were in the middle for price of the 7 quotes we had from different companies which is reasonable. On the day of installation, the crew was prompt and prepared. They set up quickly and got to work. The entire job was completed in one day unlike some of the other companies I see in the area leaving the roof bare or half done and then coming back another day. Everything was inspected by a supervisor in the end and arrangements were even made to fix a few small issues that were not perfect. The new roof looks and functions perfectly and I would highly recommend Professional Roofers to anyone. They just go above and beyond what is expected of roofing companies.

Review from Etobicoke, I have a 1000 sq ft bungalo with low slop and recently had my roof replaced by Professional roofers. They did a great job , fast and good. Done by the end of the day with everything cleaned up very good. Used GAF shingles for this job with standard underlay. The price was a little steep for the size of the house but needed to get it replaced asap. It also came with a solor vent for the roof just to note. I would recomemnd these guys 100% but just a little pricy. R
