    Service beyond repair!

    Tankless water heater Richard is great - our Rinnai tankless was leaking water and he was able to give us an idea of what the problem was over the phone, and then came to our house to confirm. B/c the unit was installed by another company incorrectly (causing the problem), Richard personally called the company to inform them of what they had done incorrectly and asked them to come and fix it for us FREE OF CHARGE! They are coming out today and hopefully, things will go well (fingers crossed). In any case, I know that I can call Richard if things don't work out. He incidentally also noticed that our fence hinge was not screwed in properly and offered to repair that for me too. He's great...totally honest and helpful beyond what you could expect!

    Exceptional service

    Tankless water heater Our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater was installed by another heating company and we began to experience intermittent losses of hot water...mid shower...which became a regular occurrence. When contacted, that company flatly refused to come out and even look at the water heater. I called Rinnai USA, based in Georgia, and their service rep recommended CORETEMP. Richard answered the phone personally and within 24 hours of contacting him, CORETEMP'S technician, Jason, was here. He found that the unit had been installed incorrectly allowing water and condensation to collect and corrode the inside. The damage was significant enough that the water heater had to be replaced. Richard and his staff, Jason and Chris, very competently did this, keeping us informed of every step.
    After going through this, we were hesitant about our choice of a tankless water heater, however Richard reassured us that when installed correctly, the tankless water heater is a dependable unit....and we have had no problems since the replacement was installed. We appreciated Richard's quick response and very thorough follow-through and would highly recommend CORETEMP!!!!

    Richard from CoreTemp was simply amazing!

    Installation of high efficiency furnace I sent an email to 3 Heating companies on Homestars on a Friday morning. Within 20 minutes, Richard left a voice mail and email follow up. We spoke that afternoon and he provided me with a quote and very reasonable advice. Not only was the quote much lower than his competitors, he had the best service by far.

    My high efficiency furnace was installed the following Monday morning. Richard left the place clean, showed me all his work and even explained to me the problems with my old furnace.

    I've already told several friends to call me if they ever need a furnace or a/c contractor. I have the best company for them!

    Coretemp offers exceptional service

    Richard Payer knows his stuff

    Basement reno as part of a basement reno, i wanted to get rid of the huge water heater. Richard offered good advice and did a great job installing an on demand tankless water system. it's working great and they did superb job on the install. the work was done very neatly and his workers were great. if you are looking into this type of product, Richard is a great resource for information and his guys did a fast install right on budget.

    Excellent work CoreTemp!

    Furnace and tankless water heater installation When my mom’s furnace gave out over the weekend CoreTemp was the only one that responded to request for service. Richard (the owner) understood right away what the problem was just from the description of the symptoms. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain the issue and describe the options available. Richard cares about his clients and goes out of his way to provide the best and fastest service possible. It was a nice surprise to find a company that has that skill and focus on client service. As we’d planned to replace the furnace in a few months anyway, we’d opted to do it right away and at the same time install the tankless water heater to replace the rental. Richard and his team did the work quickly and expertly and my mom was very happy with the result. This company stands behind its work. Highly recommended!

    Kudos to Coretemp

    Correcting problems caused by poor Rinnai installation by another heating company We had a Rinnai Tankless Water heater installed by another heating company that was an absolute disgraceful installation. Despite numerous calls to that company to fix it, they did not come out to do it. I then decided to call Rinnai USA to get the name of a reputable company to correct the problem. The company they recommended was CORETEMP Heating and Air.
    I called Richard explained the problem and asked if he could come out and inspect the job. Without hesitation he said he would come over and check it. I also decided to call TSSA re: the gas installation and had an inspector come out. I arranged for Richard and the inspector to come out at the same time. While the gas inspector was checking the installation as per code, Richard and Chris were able to correct the plumbing mess caused by the other company.They were very professional, friendly and did a fast and efficient job. Meanwhile the inspector came up with a number of deficiencies that had been incorrectly done by the previous company. All the time Richard kept assuring me not to worry he would fix the problems for me. I wish I had found CORETEMP prior to my original install and I could have eliminated all these problems.
    I highly recommend CORETEMP (Richard & Chris) to install any future heating, air and tankless water heating needs. They truly believe in customer service. They also left the place spotless.

    Replace Furnace I consider myself to be a thorough and educated consumer so when my furnace stopped in the dead of winter of 2007 I turned to a number of professionals and firms to help advise me on how to best solve my furnace problem - it is through that process that I met Richard at CoreTemp Heating and Air. I live in a three story home that is roughly 3,300 sq/ft. My main concerns at the time of purchase were timing of installation, relative cost and the various furnaces / products ability to effectively evenly heat the home. I am pleased to say that years later I am very happy with the furnace advice and related installation and maintenance services I have received from Richard at CoreTemp. Richard has proven to have a great competency wrt heating and cooling features of a home and is a pleasure to deal with as he is fair, honest and highly responsive.
