Desi's Roofing Burlington

The roofing industry seems extremely competitive and populated by many vendors. I prefer to use local companies who have established a reputation for trust and quality. I chose Desi's after getting 5 estimates for my roof. They are a family business that has a vested interest in ensuring customers are happy and any problems are addressed. I was satisfied with the installation and cleanup and would recommend them for someone looking for a "goodguy company."

If you are looking for a new roof- choose Desi's Roofing. Immediate quotation with Competitive pricing. Even delivered samples of shingles as we were undecided on colour. Was able to schedule the job when we wanted it done. All done in one day and very happy with the end product.

Just had our roof done today by Des"s, very happy with their work, they prepared the jobsite thoroughly, covering my deck and landcaping and were so courteos and friendly.

About the beginning of November we had some heavy rainfalls, I noticed in a couple rooms that I had water marks in the ceiling. I emailed a few companies and a couple responded with quotes for fixing my roof without even seeing it. One company Desi's roofing in Burlington responded and said they would come out to look at it. Sure enough they came out and determined that I would likely need a new roof within a year. In the meantime they patched the small area that was exposed at no cost and told me about a paint to use on the ceiling. They were quick, honest and I have not had any leaks in the ceiling since. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them when I get my roof fixed

We had Desi's replace our roof in December 2014. They were competitively priced and were able to get the job done in one day. They cleaned up after themselves (no nails on the ground) and we've had no issues since installation. They did a great job and we'd recommend them.

We bought our new home in June of last year and jumped right into the needed renovations right away. First on our list was a new roof, and we called 3 or 4 roofing companies for estimates, Desi's being one of them. They were here within 3 days, gave us great input on how the work should be done and ended up being second lowest price (the lowest was from a company I wouldn't want to do business with after meeting their rep). We then found out that they had done about half of the roofs on our street and all the work appeared to be well done. Their crew showed up on time, repaired the roof structure and re-shingled the roof amazingly quickly. Cleaned up thoroughly and the roof looks great. Couldn't be happier and would recommend this company to anyone.

Desk roofing did a fabulous job. They were quick and efficient and clean! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their staff was courteous, and cleaned up the job site upon completion.

When my roof first started to leak I called about 6 different roofing companies for quotes. Several of my friends had recommended Desi's Roofing. Desi's was the only company to actually go on my roof, inspect it and tell me that I had two layers of wood on my roof, that is was not properly venting, and that is why it was buckling and that I had a serious mould problem. The other 5 companies said that I could just replace my shingles which was incorrect as once the shingles were off, they would have seen the mould and charged me a significant amount of money to replace all of the wood or I would have had to have the shingles replaced again in less than 10 years time. I went ahead with Desi's and they were 100% correct. The wood on my roof was black with mould and warped. The price that Desi's quoted included everything, there was no hidden fees or charges. The roof is perfect, looks amazing and I no longer have any concern about leaks anymore. The kitchen vent that they installed turned out to be defective and as soon as I called Desi's they came the next day and replaced it free of charge.

I did a fair bit of research on roofing companies in the area and had a number of quotes from different companies. Desi's came in somewhere in the middle of the price range.

Overall I was happy with the product as well as the quality of the work performed. They did not cleanup as well as I would have liked and the guys did leave tons of cigarette buts all over the place, which I could have done without.

I am giving them 4 stars because of that.
