310RENO Design & Renovation

When our daughter decided to move back home my wife and I realized the old finished basement would have to be redone to include a bathroom, new bedroom, TV area and kitchenette. I did some research on basement construction techniques that work well and those that dont stand up over time. Based on this I developed a firm idea on the construction method that I wanted. After talking with several contractors only one said they could do what I wanted and that was 310 Reno. They gave me a price to demolish the old construction in the basement and rebuild it all new. We also discussed ideas on how to redesign the basement layout to include a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and storage space in the furnace area. They had a very talented design person who gave me options and ideas on materials, colours and cabinets. They were very organized with a great construction team who were reliable and efficient. They took exceptional care to protect and not to damage any areas of the house main floor as construction proceeded in the basement. They finished the entire basement on time with no delays or extras like some contractors like to do after starting a project. My experience using 310 Reno was very positive and I have no hesitation in recommending them for basement renovations or other renovations. If youre looking at several contractors for your renovation and are having trouble choosing, my recommendation would be you wont make a mistake using 310 Reno.
