    Basement Finishing

    Best Quality, Best Price, Best Service | Paul in Oakville -79.7458 43.4295

    We just hired Dan and his team to finish our basement and would recommend him to anyone for three reasons. First - quality. He finished our totally bare basement (framing, drywalling, lighting, electrical etc.) and, in addition, installed potlights in our kitchen and a number of other small jobs - all of it top notch. Second - price. We appreciated his fair and transparent pricing: other contractors asked for more (in some cases MUCH more) for the same work with no justification and/or suggested I could get a deal by paying them under the table. Dan gave us the best price and detailed everything in Excel, so we could see exactly what was spent on materials, labour etc. And he stuck EXACTLY to the scheduled time and cost that he initially proposed. Finally - service. He and his team were very polite and courteous in working around our schedule (we have a young daughter) and even using special equipment to minimize the dust created while doing his work. Can't say enought good things - strongly recommend!
