The washing machine was leaking water when emptying into the laundry sink. Tony called ahead of time to get the model number and ordered parts. He found that the pipe under the sink was the problem, not the washing machine and tightened the connection. He replaced a part that was wearing, showed me where the part was and explained its function. Good service!

I have to say that this was the best experience for my dishwasher repair! Tony took the time to explain the parts of my dishwasher that needed to be replaced as well as other problems that I was never made aware of! They were able to accommodate my time request and were at my home in a timely manner :) Tony and Lisa were extremely courteous and I will be recommending this company to my friends and family!
