Completed Full renovations of 2 Bathrooms last Fall - one with Glass Shower and 2nd with Tub/Shower. Thrilled with the results. Price Quoted for Labour Only. I picked tile, vanities, fixtures from Taps and entire job came in under budget. Will use Home Improvement People for next renovation.

My mother broke her hip and needed to upgrade the bathroom for her walker and possible wheel chair. I received 4 quotes, I chose home improvement because of a clear quote and clear communication. Eli, Dave and his team from the start were polite, professional, trustworthy, considerate (of noise levels, cleanup etc), pleasant and patient with any questions. Eli and Dave were able to offer many positive, creative solutions, for example rerouting choppy looking bulkhead into a more streamlined look. Their work was thorough at every stage of the basement renovation, from the insulation and dry wall to the great attention to detail in the gorgeous end product of our beautiful basement. Dave was excellent with communication of each stage, that is, coordinating smoothly and successfully informing us of the time frame of his team, electrician, government inspector and painter. He recommended a place for the best price for the wood laminate flooring, produced samples of flooring and carpet for stairs; and expertly tiled the bathroom and installed toilet and vanity. The estimate was from 6 - 8 weeks and they finished on Thursday in 6 and a half weeks. We would not hesitate to recommend Eli and his team to anyone who would like the great renovation experience we had.

Had all of our 1987 house bathrooms completely renovated recently, and all finished within the time period of under 3 weeks which we were so grateful for. A team under Gerhard Woerlein arrived each morning at 8.am and worked very hard throughout each day taking care cleaning up before they left. All of the team were very courteous and helpful. The quality of their work was excellent, they were able to work around or change of plans such as putting in a heated floor in the en suite and still not run pass the date they gave for completion . Everyone involved with HIP from Ben to the accounts department were very professional. Elia was excellent in all of our dealings with him. He was positive, easily accessible & very helpful in resolving any problems that arose. He seems to truly love what he does; this attitude, I’m sure, positively impacts the rest of his team! Tentatively, we plan to book again, with Elia & his team, for replacement of the wall to wall carpets in our home as well as changing the fronts of the cupboards in our kitchen. Hopefully, we can arrange to start this work in approximately a one year time period. I have heard about your business from my regular listening to 96.3 FM Radio. Niki Stern, the coordinator would always listen to me, analyze what I said and arrive at what was always an extraordinary translation of what I had in mind or, often, much better. Her knowledge of the materials, their locations and the correct people with whom to talk made what could have been difficult and complicated so very easy and straightforward and, indeed, pleasant. Kris and his crew of Keith and David were the ultimate professionals. There was no obstacle or problem that they could not overcome quickly and efficiently. Where there were alternative solutions they would consult with me. Upon their arrival every morning they would cover the area with drop cloths. They were clean and always safety conscious. Hi Dan, I just wanted to drop a note to let you know that Eli and his team did an amazing job renovating our house. It's amazing what a little paint and new hardwood can do!
