Unicrete Roof Tile-No Longer in Business

Roof Tile Restorations Ltd. Calgary bought out the remainders of Unicrete Roof Tile, and are a great source of tiles, parts, repairs, etc for this product. Derek was a great help in putting up old Unicrete tiles on our new roof.

I have been trying to contact this company via phone and through their web site to arrange to repair a damaged tile. I have not been able to get a human to talk to me, get a returned call or reply to my request through email. I am beginning to wonder if they are out of business.

We had Concrete Roof tiles installed in 2008. When the Unicrete truck came he was told that he would have to be careful with such a heavy Load. He drove in anyway and damaged the pavement. A Letter dated July 11, 2008 reads as follows from Corey Dahl from unicrete Products Ltd.
This letter is to inform you of Unicrete Products Ltd. intention to repair the damage that was incurred to your driveway while delivering the roof tile to your house.
We are still waiting for the repairs to be done.

It's a great product that pays for itself in it's lifetime. The customer service I recieved was above and beyond. The contractors they choose for me were quick and friendly as well.
