Our primary need was getting our leaky interior shut-off valve for our outdoor faucet fixed, but we also had some other jobs that we’d wanted quoted at the same time. I sent an RFQ online and within an hour Deanna emailed back to set up an appointment. Joel was there in a few days, on time and as promised - no waiting around! He was so polite & patient when we asked about specific issues that we have with our old house. He was even able to squeeze in time to try to tighten our kitchen faucet. What an all-around amazing experience!!
