Sofa World

Was told this place had great selection. There product is garbage. After 6 mths threads were letting go on the the arms and cushions. Called and they took it away to have "cutting specialist" remove threads, what a joke. Came back looking much the same. Now looking to replace only after 4.5 yrs. Poor quality, inexperience staff, and rude management at H.O.

Dealing with Sofaworld has been one nightmare after another. I paid $4,200 for a love seat and 2 Decorest recliners. At the time of the sale, I was assured that these recliners were excellent and that Decorest was an extremely good furniture manufacturer. One of the recliners split in half after 4 months of use and the only thing Sofaworld will do is repair it. I paid a lot of money for these chairs and I am very unhappy with Sofaworld's policies, procedures, after sales service and the quality of the merchandise they are selling.

The love seat did not fit through my front door. So their solution was to remove the bottom of the sofa, bring it in my home in two pieces and reassemble it in my living room. The cost to do this remodelling was another $500. So now the three pieces cost me $4,700.

Never again my friend!

Horrible story!!! I've bought a tv stand and an occasional table in february. After 2 months of wait, I've called them and they told me I will have to wait another 2 months. I've talk to the General Manager, Marc-Antoine, and he told me that he will cancel my order, even if I didn't wanted to. He did not care about my needs, had no care about my story or my family. I would NEVER EVER recommand you to buy from them. He even told me that he doesn't offer any warranty if the furniture arrived broken. It was an HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. I have now no tables.

We went in with specific desires and with a number of questions. I brought photos, sketches, and measurements of our space and Anika theyvery practical suggestions/recommendations that didn't increase the price tag. Helped us determine the proper size ottoman and pick out the perfect fabric from their huge selection.

When moving into a new house, we were looking at a number of different furniture stores. After visiting other furniture retailers, we were pretty unsatisfied with the couch selections and deals. We decided to go somewhere that specialized in sofas and we don't regret visiting Sofa World. They had a large assortment of chairs from sofas to ottomans to recliners. My partner had found a few things that she really liked and the sales staff were great. My only gripe about sofa world is their selection. However, it is understandable that their selection wouldn't be too big considering that it isn't a big chain.

Overall, I'd say my experience was pretty good. We found a few things that we liked and purchased and to top it off, we left without any problems. I hope that Sofa World sticks around!

My partner and I checked out several stores for new living room furniture and picked out a Decorest set from Sofa World. The sales staff was helpful without being pushy and the furniture was ready four weeks earlier than they had promised.
The delivery was on time and they took all of the packaging away with them. Overall I have been very satisfied with the quality and the service from Sofa World.
