Just moved to Edmonton and didn't know who was good to call. By word of mouth All Weather Window was highly recommended. So happy that I did - a nice friendly sales rep Tim W. was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The door was super nice and good quality! Exactly what I wanted - NO complaints! I was looking for a suitable company to get the doors & windows installed at my home and fortunately I found on Internet, All Weather Windows Renovations in Calgary. I submitted my request on their website and next day, I received call from their customer care center. The executive was polite and booked the appointment with the sales person, Mr. John Wesenberg. He visited my home and spent more than 2.5 hours to explain everything in detail and provided useful knowledge to me as well. I am very happy with the services provided by Mr. John Wesenberg and recommend him to other customers as well. In the second week of December 2011, 2 installers came and they did an exceptional job in -15 outside. They were skilled, humble and hardworking. My overall experience with the company is so good that I would recommend every customer to go for this company.

I had All Weater Windows install my French Door and Sliding Glass Door on the north side of my house as the others were leaking terribly and the north end of the house was very cold. With my new product installed there is a substantial difference in the room temperature and the furnace does not have to run as often. The difference was immediate and and I am so happy i went ahead with the changes. The installation was very quick and very efficient. The Installers were very efficient and paid the greatest attention to detail. They cleaned up after themselves and it basically is was quite painless. They were very respectful of my home and did not wear their shoes inside, even though they had to go in and out several times during the installation. I recommend this company highly as the salesperson was wonderful and very helpful explaining everything to me, right down to the installation being very efficient and timely.

We were more or lest just shopping for a price to budget for new windows on our home that was quite drafty, it was built in the early 70's. I called all Weather windows and a great sales lady came out to the house. The quote came in lower than what I thought it would be. As well it was very reasonable to upgrade to the triple pane glass. The installation crew were professional and fast.

Travis and his team did a very nice job of the installation and always left the job site clean. The windows look great, and I am not afraid of any cold weather that may be on its way

In May of 2008, we contacted All Weather Windows for a quote on replacing the windows and doors in our home. When the sales rep came out he gave us a quote which was out of our budget, but we decided to install a patio door and the main window in the livingroom. The sales rep was the only saving grace with our experience. He was very thorough in giving us options and created two items that suited our needs perfectly. This is where it all goes downhill. In July of 2008 both items were installed. The patio door was damaged and has had issues with the seal every winter since it was installed. The first winter reached very cold temperatures and the side light glass cracked due to the installer nicking the glass with the nail gun. We have called them back many times to fix the door seal issue, but it remains the same as each installer does a different fix each time to no avail. After the installation of our main window, we noticed a small scratch on the inside of our picture window (triple pane w/ sunstop) and notified them of the problem. They ordered new glass and weeks later come out to replace it only to find damage on the replacement glass and even the installer said he wouldn't put it in. New order was to be put in place. During this time they lost all their paperwork and nothing was done. No records of our original service call or an order for replacement glass. Months go by and nothing is done. The main window was finally relaced 3 times before they got it right. After all of the damaged product, missing paperwork, poor service and months worth of headaches, in November of 2008, we had settled on a 10% refund and a 10% off future purchases and renovations; which we will never use as I will not be dealing with All Weather Windows again.

Brenda Redwood, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable about All Weather Window products - there was not one question she could not answer. I like dealing with sales people who have a passion for the products they are selling. I replaced 27 windows and 2 doors. Brenda gave me great suggestions on changing some of the window designs to give my house a more updated look. I am very pleased with the final outcome. The installers - Travis, Jeff & Chris - were very professional, neat & efficient. Their attention to detail was so appreciated. I am so pleased with the entire process that I would highly recommend All Weather Windows to my family, friends & neighbours.

All Weather Windows installed all the windows in our house, including 2 patio doors, skylights, and floor to ceiling windows. We purchased casement double pane windows. A testament to their amazing customer service was when, after a year, a bay window in the kitchen cracked for no apparent reason. Although it was out of warranty, All Weather Windows were willing to replace the window without cost to us. We really appreciate their service; highly recommended for good quality products and great to work with.

Used All Wather Windows twice to have a total of 12 windows replaced. One window was measured wrong which took an additional 2 months to fix before it was installed. Duting instalation walls were damaged in three different spots by the crew removing the old window and putting the new one in, I believe damages could have been avoided if the crew wasn't trying to finish things so quicly. Also at instalation two of the windows were difficult to open and I was told it was because they were new and that the problem would correct itself. After one year the windows were still difficult to open and when I called to have this fixed I was told it would cost me $100 just to have someone come take a look at them plus the cost of any repairs.
