It is a pleasure for us to write this letter on behalf of John and Larry. I must point out that I initiated this communication because we felt it necessary to point out the high level of customer service my wife and I received from John and Larry. It is a rare privilege to be able to commend someone for their efforts these days, as complaints seem the more common. One must certainly agree that it takes teamwork to make things happen therefore, we must also thank Jim who helped us pick, plan and coordinate the things necessary to begin the transformation. Jim had the patience and courtesy of listening to what my wife and I wanted, addressed our concerns and the order for our renovation was placed. When the actual day came for installation of our flooring my wife and I were excited and anxious to see the final results. John is a very skilled professional, he did not disappoint. He paid attention to detail and worked with efficiency. In summing up we would strongly recommend Family Fashion Floors. This company was very competitive on price and did an excellent job of installing. we would recommend them to anyone needing new flooring. The workmen were very neat and skilled.

i called them because i needed my carpet restreched. i was reccomended them by a friend of mine that also had their floors done by this company. they sent out their installer who was very polite and even help me move my furniture at no cost and he did a amazing job. i would highly reccomend this company they really do put their customers first!!
