When I phone the receptionist/dispatcher was very helpful, asking for information and assisting me in providing the right information. The repairman was courteous and did a good job, telling me what was wrong with my dryer and giving me advice about maintenance.

One Sunday in May, my daughter was doing laundry when she noticed that the waser was leaking badly. I phoned Leons from where I had purchased the washer and was told to contact Aptco. I did so and was assured that a technician would be out on Tuesday. And he was! The technician was very pleasant and efficient. He took the washer apart and showed me a small puncture in the drum. He told me the drum has to be replaced and that I should be able to get the part and have it all completed within a week. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The part had to be shipped from down east by train, then sat at the staton until Aptco could go pick it up and then arrange a date with me that they could come in to get it installed. I waited 3 weeks, which is a VERY long time to be without a washer! The same technician came back, removed the old drum and installed the new one. Again, he was very pleasant and efficient. The coast wasabout $100 less than I had been quoted, which helped make up for the wait. I would recommend Aptco to others for appliance repair.

After we moved into our new home we had many problems with the appliance we purchased. We have Aptco in for a number of our appliances (Dishwasher, fridge, Stove, Microwave) and every time the technician has been on time, knowledgeable, helpful, tidy and professional. This company's bookings and customer service reps are also very great.

my washer and dryer broke. I called aptco to fix the machines. I have used this company before. I know what kind of service to expect. They are quick and efficient. I'm very satisfied with the service. I have no complaints. I would recommend them.

I have a front load washing machine that was starting to look dirty around the window part where the rubber seal is. There seems to be dirt that collects in this area and then it will start to smell. Dan suggested that I use only HE detergent and run a cycle with cleaning tabs in the washer that can be bought. He did this and replaced the old smelly seal. It looks and smells much better these days. Dan helped me save money down the road by suggesting I use the cleaning tabs as a preventive measure.

I purchased a self cleaning stove at Aptco they had a great selection to choose from, stainless steel, white, and black, different models and type, it was so many to choose from, they were helpful and had prices that were average, i would buy from them again for appliances, they employees are very nice
