Campbell Pools

We had an awesome experience with Campbell last year when we installed an in-ground pool. From sales to installation to pool closing, they were fantastic to work with and very accommodating to ensure all of our wishes were granted! I would highly recommend them... We were sad to see them go! Can't wait to open the pool this year!

A GREAT experience! Bob answered questions we never thought to ask. The process went smoothly from start to finish. Everyone was very patient with my many (MANY!) questions. The installation crew (Fred, Jérémie, etc.) respected the work schedule and everything went off without a hitch. HIGHLY recommend! The in-store staff of Cornwall store is very friendly and always helpful.

From the four companies I interviewed, I'm so pleased I decided to use Campbell Pools. Shaun came through with knowledge of requirements regarding power lines, which the other companies lacked. Fred came through with removal and disposal of tree roots, which the other companies wouldn't take on.
The planning process with Shaun was thorough, and he dealt with my questions understanding what a big deal the undertaking was for me, even though for him it's a daily event.
When the labour was underway it was a pleasure to witness the joviality and efficiency with which they worked. Fred, too, understands that having a pool dug isn't an every day occurrence for the homeowner, and made himself available to answer questions along the way.
I have nothing but good things to say about the process and customer service.

We chose Campbell Pools to install our in-ground pool after speaking with several companies and we are so happy with the choice we made. Simply put, they did an amazing job from start to finish. At installation time, Fred and his crew were fantastic, far exceeding our expectations. They were professional, timely and very skilled, going above and beyond when challenges on our property arose. I literally cannot say enough about them and recommend them whenever friends and family see our pool or are just talking about getting a pool. Also, Victor, the stamped concrete pro that works closely with them, did a stunning job complimenting the pool with beautiful concrete.

I purchased an inground pool from Campbell Pool in 2012. I had a very good experience from design with Shawn to completion with Frederic and his crew. Every team member worked with me through each steps. They all made sure I knew what my options were before starting work ensuring the pool was positioned exactly where I wanted it. I am also very satisfied with the stamped concrete around the pool. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I have had my pool 10 years. Absolutely love it! Love the quality and service! Glad we ventured across the bridge to another country to buy our pool. Still get my accessories and chemicals there every year!
