Prices are very good. Staff is very friendly in sales and in the back. We were helped out by Baljinder and he give us some good tips. Great collection of backsplash and other tiles.

I received very good service from Bal and Dany when I buy some of marble tiles. Staff is knowledge about the product they are selling. Also help me with the delivery. I will go back again for my needs.

I suggest you confirm any back orders when you buy. Picked up tiles only to find out that I was given wrong size and color. Was told that it was the "new batch" from the supplier !! Wasted gas, time and money

Enjoyed a very knowledgeable and enjoyable experience with the store with Rina assisting me in my selection. Reviewed on phone prior to arrival and within the store. As well Victor & Marvin were extremely friendly, timely & courteous in assisting with my ledgestone pickup. Definitley would shop for seclections at this location again

Staff are knowledgeable and attentive without being bothersome. Good selection of tiles which is ever-changing. Prices can't be beat. If you want a sample you much purchase a unit, which is a minor inconvenience. Would definitely shop there again.

Irena was absolutely amazing. She gave us her honest opinion and even suggested we buy some of the cheaper stuff. She gave us very good advice on what colour grout to get and she even helped to organize the delivery of our products. This is not our first time buying from The Tile Shoppe in Mississauga. Most of the time, the customer service is outstanding. Even the people who open the back door garage to deliver the stuff are funny and nice. Stuff from this shop are more beautiful, affordable, and better quality than the stuff we bought at HomeDepot.

Firstly we choose a tile and I was warned by Salesman( Terry Bowes) that another person recently had purchased 660 sq ft put this tile put it down and it left marks everywhere and was very disappointed . Again he spent a lot of time after closing with us and we wanted to purchase another tile also 600 sq ft we went to make the order he put in our address we were at the Misssissauga Store and lived in Hamilton he advised us to buy this in Hamilton as we wouldn't have to pay all the extra delivery charges. He spent a lot of time with us gave up his commission and put us in a better financial position .Would we recommend this place ?
