Garage Doors & Hardware review in Calgary

Ultra-Light doors was contracted out by Home Depot to remove and install our new garage door. Door was installed damaged- very damaged. It took a month to get the replacement panels and then FOUR appointments had to be made- for them to come. 3 out of the 4 appointments they either cancelled or didn't show up... which was a major inconvience since someone has to be home during the day (they don't do evenings or weekends) and I actually work for a living (Monday to Friday, 8-5)

I would not recommend them to anyone as their customer service is just a farce.

Company Response: Unfortunately we cannot control shipping damage or shipping timelines on Home Depot’s product. We are just the install contactor for them and not the supplier of the products being installed. Being a family owned and operated company for the last 30 years in Calgary we pride ourselves on great customer service.
