I had a new garage door installed from Hamilton Door Systems a few years ago. I noticed that the bottom rubber was wearing and needed replacing. I called their office and spoke to a girl on the phone. I told her that I was a handy guy and could replace it myself. She said... Not a problem, just bring your old piece to us and we will try to match it to what you have. I did and the girl gave me a new piece and was so nice to deal with. The guy there gave me a bit of help to install it myself, and I came home and had done it that day. I have never seen a company be so helpful, and go above and beyond to work with their customers. I was also pleased that they would sell me the parts, and not charge for additional costs. Thanks again, and would highly recommend this company.

In July 2014, I had a broken spring on my double garage door. This company came out an replaced both springs. 2 years later, one of the springs broke again. My previous springs lasted 10 years. When I called them, I was told that the springs had a one year warranty and they offered to come and fix it again at full cost. I have called other garage door repairs companies and they are all surprised that the spring lasted only 2 years. The have advised that the normal spring life is 10-12 years. This companies representative told me that opening and closing the door 10 times per day can shorten its life. I told them that the door is opened and closed about twice a day. They did not seem to care. I would not bother with this company again. I believe either the spring was defective or was installed incorrectly but that is just my opinion. The more concerning aspect was their "too bad" attitude. This does not bode well for any type of repeat business.

Very professional in all respects. Mike, who took my call, gave me an estimate and appointment for the next day. Joe, the installer, was on time, knowledgeable and completed the job in a very efficient manner. Final cost was exactly as agreed. No surprises. Highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable, same day service! We were given the option of repairing the old garage door opener, but given its age we decided to replace it. Very happy with the new opener, very quiet! We will be calling back soon to have Joe replace our other one!

This Company installed our double garage door 2010! Looking at it this morning made me think it's still as good as day it was installed. Originally had a few issues with cosmetics of panels but no problem, Hamilton Door replaced them! Had a rubber seal on a panel come out about 8 months later, they replaced panel. This door with windows is beautiful, installation great, installer very friendly & competent! If you need a garage door, call these people, you will not be disappointed.

Our garage door spring snapped and we need to replace it. HDS came to our house within one day after placing an appointment and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to fixing the spring they also checked the operation of the door and straightened bent hinges free of charge.

Quick response to phone call. Very friendly and very efficient technician who eased these senior citizens' anxieties re large garage door off the tracks. Also advised us on future replacement possibilities of very old garage door system.

They did what they said they would and very efficiently too, fixed both doors that had separate issues for a reasonable price. The technician was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Our garage has a very low ceiling, so low that we never thought we could ever fit an opener. Mike came out for an inspection, followed up the next day with a couple of options and a week later made an appointment and actually managed to shoe-horn an opener between the ceiling joists.

It was a very positive experience dealing with HDS…they did everything they said they would, the cost was quite reasonable, the installer showed up on time and stayed until everything worked perfectly and he had set up and explained how everything worked.

I appreciate the professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
