Worst company ever. I had Moore and Russell install a tankless hot water heater, air conditioner and hot water furnace five years ago and regretted my decision ever since. Though the air conditioner works well the installation was way below standards and it took three years of asking to redo and a threat of a law suit for them to come back and fix it to meet any standards. The tankless hot water heater has had constant issues and their techs have no clue of how to fix it so it will work. I have even suggested sending the unit back through warranty and replace it with a new unit. That suggestion seems to fall on deaf ears. I don't know if this is Moore and Russel not wanting to replace under warranty or if the manufacture won't honor their warranty, either way I sit here today with no hot water again.

Had to call Moore & Russell come out after I could not get the furnace and heat pump working. Was a simple fix that I should have caught also at the same time I got a Apco UV light filter install. Im very please with quality of work that Barney the installer did.

Got Moore and Russell thru hiring another company (a national retail chain) to install my AC unit. So legitimately did not choose M&R. In summary, they ended up messing up the job, and took many months to take responsibility to come and fix it UNTIL I called the national retailer to chase M&R down, and like a miracle they called me back immediately. Would I recommend them based on my experience - no I would not. Installing AC units - is Big Money right now - and they seem like they got lucky with a big account (a national chain) and can choose to ignore customers until their 'boss account' calls them. I would never hire them myself, especially given the dollar amounts involved. Unless you are really desperate, I would source other options.

Simran, Keith and Leo arrived on time were knowledgable, courteous and efficient as well as the electrician. I would highly recommend Moore and Russell Heating.
One thing I would like is the pricing for maintenance be added to your website. Its something I would need but I'm reluctant to sign up when I don't know the price.

Well the heatwave hit drivers hard this week. Even though two of the guys ended up with heatstroke one of the overloaded technicians made it to us to make the call. Thanks to everyone, we were desperate as we are seniors in a south facing apartment. Keep hydrated everyone!

We used Moore & Russell because of their Costco affiliation for a new furnace and tankless water heater. Representative came promptly to provide options and quotation, and installation was scheduled a few weeks later. Installers were courteous and worked diligently. Follow-up work was unfortunately required for a couple installation details I subsequently noted didn't comply with manufacturer requirements, but it was done promptly. A little more attention to these and other details would have been nice (e.g. exhaust pipe alignment / openings cut in ceiling, and routing of supply pipes), but installers had a lot to do in one day, and I'm admittedly a very detail-oriented engineer.

Had them but in a heat pump. House was only six years old. A year later had to replace furnace and hot water tank. The man putting the new furnace said the problem was caused by the person who put in the heat pump. I paid a service contract that has been a waste of money. Good luck getting anywhere with this company.

We went through Costco to have our furnace replaced with a new high efficiency one combined with an air conditioning unit as well. Costco sent Moore & Russell out to measure and gather all the details to complete the job. On the day of installation, they had sent the wrong furnace only because the gentleman who measured everything made the mistake of what type of furnace I needed. However, Steve was able to contact the office and track down the proper furnace and had it delivered to Chilliwack in plenty of time to complete the full installation that day. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely hire them again as well as recommend them to anyone purchasing and installing a furnace and air conditioner. We did have one slight problem though. The night of the installation we found ourselves feeling pretty cold and so in the morning I tried to adjust the thermostat only to discover that it would not turn on. it was one of those touch screen, programmable thermostats. We were off to Maple Ridge that morning so I decided to wait until we arrived in Maple Ridge before contacting Steve to see what the problem might be. Steve was terrific; he knew right away what the problem was and was willing to walk me through the process in rectifying it but I told him we were in Maple Ridge and it would have to wait until we got home early that evening. No problem; he said I could call him that night and he would walk me through the process; which he did. It turned out that they had forgot to remove a piece of cardboard on the pump; so once I found it and removed it everything began to work as it was supposed to . We have been very pleased with both the air conditioner and the furnace since then I would not hesitate to recommend Moore and Russell to anyone. Great job; keep up the good work.

A number of units in our building went with these guys for Air conditioning units and we decided at the last minute to join in and we could not be happier! They were able to figure out a very tricky installation with the design of our condo and able to feed wires though ceilings and external wires to keep things as hidden as possible. Their staff were all friendly and very professional. The team worked together well and seemed like they all enjoyed working together and made their job fun while doing a top notch job! would recommend these guys to anyone!!
